Every shake is ~200 calories and the waffles are ~250 calories, regardless of flavor. 24g of protein and 4g fiber. Portion sizes are much larger than you’d anticipate given those numbers.But the best part is it’s SUPER TASTY! I feel like I just had a sugary dessert from an ice cream shop, not a health conscious meal replacement shake!I had the Peanut Butter Bomb. The guy working there was nice and answered my questions promptly, and was kinda cute haha. The place is super clean with a nice black and white minimalist aesthetic.Will come back!

I will never go to this place again. I went on Saturday at 12:02 in the afternoon while the store was clearly open even the open sign was in. I had three employees staring at me through the locked door and not one got up to unlock the door or explain why the door was locked even though they were open. Let this place go out of business.
