My son and I had a wonderful experience at Cupbop today! Liana served us and was super friendly and helpful with menu suggestions. I had the Korean fried rice with beef - it was excellent and had just the right amount of spice! My son had the Rock Bop and enjoyed the delicious chicken. We tried the mandoo as well, which was perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. We will definitely be back!

Food was good, but staff not to interested in cleaning tables off. Only one other customer there and had to wipe crumbs off of table we finally decided to take a chance on. Only a minute before we left, we saw her clean a table off. Room for improvement.

I started eating cupbop in Idaho over 10 years ago. Was so excited to see them come here. But I have been trying to get a BBop for over a month and they never have it available. Everything else is okay now. not quite like I remember. It was great when they first opened here.
I got the Korean chicken cupbop and it was very subpar. The chicken was the driest chicken I’ve ever had, really hard, and it was majority breading. The rice was also hard and dry and seemed like old overnight rice.
My mom got the Korean beef bbq cupbop and it was slightly better since you can’t really go wrong with bulgogi but the rice was still dry and old.
Service was good and the register person was nice and food came quickly, but will most likely not return.
