Sitting here for 30 min and still no Blizzard. 2 Blizzards and 2 small cups with sprinkles. We didn't even order any food. POOR POOR POOR

Been about 10 years since I had DQ. I went for a cherry dipped cone and waited about 30 minutes in line. Free cone day, by bad. Understandable. But once I finally got my cone, I was disappointed before she even handed it to me. Not one "ball" of soft serve that DQ is known for in my "triple". Someone tried, but I ended up with a flat, disgusting looking pile of already melting ice cream on a cone, essentially a single, dipped in the most sickening looking, disturbingly chunky cherry dip and already cascading melting ice cream from the bottom of the "dip". It made it about a mile before getting chucked in the Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market Parking lot because it was already so melted it was unmanageable. Extremely disappointed that a renowned ice cream place could get their signature item so, so wrong. This one is extremely out of my way, being from Guthrie so I very, very likely won't be back. I suggest you prolly skip this one too.

Most rude staff i have ever experienced. Only go to this place if you have lot of time and hours to spare, they will take ages in the drive through and least bothered. I had to park, go inside and take my refund, aid with my CC and i was told that they cannot refund me back on my card and gave me cash back, which is quite strange. Please find another place.

Rude guy at the drive thru. Always take forever to get the food . I was waiting in line and he tells me “TAKE A LOOK AT THE MENU , I WILL BE WITH YOU WHEN I CAN” in the rudest possible way .He even snatched my card . I was so discouraged to order after that . It’s unfortunate because we don’t have many DQs here . Everytime they always have line of cars because they take there sweet time . Honestly not worth the wait anymore .

Lady working was rude as hell for no reason. I’m very sweet and kind to all customer service workers because I am one. And she was just flat out rude. management it’s time to start letting people go and getting some nice friendly people working.

Wife and I were there today inside the restaurant just before 5. The young man behind the register was totally disinterested in taking our order. He should be cooking fries in the back and never, EVER, under any circumstances, have any interaction with customers. We left and went elsewhere.

Staff is so rude here. Nike was very rude when she took my order because I asked her to repeat herself after mumbling to make sure she was ready for my order. Got to the window and she didn’t say a word to me and shut the sliding door in my face when I tried to ask her something. I said thank you 5 times during our interaction and she didn’t even say a word. This place sucks. Management won’t do anything, im sure she will be there next time acting too good to speak to paying customers.

Horrible customer service picking up a cake
2/7/25. The young staff needs more training on how to assist customers and not be rude

Do not go here!! Got five people working and we stood at the register for 5 minutes without even an acknowledgment! Even when the guy came to the register he didn’t say a word he just looked at us! Only two were in a uniform! Didn’t know if I was going to get food or get jumped by the employees. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable at a restaurant!

It took around 40 minutes to make 2 orders, chicken strip meals… cooking chicken in a fryer takes about 5 minutes if you don’t have any ready and fried about 3-4 if you have none ready. We did not receive either of our drinks, and did not receive our blizzard.

Don’t go here unless you’re desperate. It’ll take an hour just to get a cup of ice cream. I don’t need a response from management, just fix your problems. Clearly a lot of people are having issues here.

I got an Oreo fudge brownie blizzard and kids fry and ordered through pick up through door dash,said it was ready but then took almost 10 minutes to get my order and I was inside and there was nobody else but me and the workers , do better

What a crappy visit!! They had a hard time getting my order right. When I told him it was wrong he said, that's probably the wrong burger you looked at. He was RUDE! Even though I said thank you when he handed me the bag he said nothing back. The pretzels were hard and gross, the ranch cup was half full!! The fries were extremely salty. We ended up throwing up half our food out. 😢
