Dale's BBQ House

The ribs were fatty and tough. The sides tasted like something poured out of a can. I've eaten there for years but never again. My experience there was BAD!!!

I ordered the #1 which is a sandwich and 1 side plus a regular drink. The chopped beef was mush, they gave me the last few okra in the bottom of the pan which they weren't as bad as I thought they would be. For the price I can get better for sure. I gave it a try and won't be going back.

Food was lukewarm, fries were old and not fresh. Ribs were ok (not great), chopped brisket was an emulsified. We bought and took nome a pound of chopped that only weighed 14oz. Disappointing as there are other local bbq joints that are much better.

This place is a hidden gem! The food was amazing and the atmosphere feels like a down home place! We got the family dinner to split. It came with a slab of ribs and we opted for sliced brisket. The ribs were huge, tender, and full of flavor. The brisket was just as good as the ribs! Tender with smoke flavor on point! The owners were very friendly and gave us a generous portion of bread to go with our meal. The baked beans, Mac and cheese, and potato salad we got for our sides were all fantastic! I couldn’t get enough of the baked beans! We typically go to Rib Crib, but this is far better and we will definitely be back!

I ordered ribs they looked so disgusting I wanted to throw up!🤢My girlfriend ordered pulled pork and it was dry with no taste she said nothing she got tasted good!

My husband and I were in the mood for bbq and his coworkers mentioned Dales being worth a try. The restaurant had a very fun environment. There was lots of signs, art, and memorabilia on the walls. I love looking at this kind of stuff! Nostalgia is awesome!

They were helpful and it's easy to order. There's a counter with signs and food on display to entice you.

My husband and I both got the 2 meat meal. It came with 2 sides and a piece of bread. I opted for the turkey breast and sliced brisket. I wanted corn nuggets but they were out. Maybe next time? The okra was a decent second choice. It was crunchy and fresh. The mac and cheese was very creamy but could have been a little more flavorful. The meats were both very good. The turkey was perfect! It was very moist with nice smoky flavor. The brisket was nice. I've had better but also had worse. They offered both hot and regular bbq sauce. They were excellent! I tried my husband ribs. They were tender and fall off the bone.

They had peach cobbler and pecan pi for dessert. I was interested in the pie but it wasn't made in house so I decided not to try it.

We will most definitely be repeat customers of Dale's! Give them a try hopefully you'll have as good an experience as we did!

Great all around BBQ place. I usually get the brisket and smoked sausage. My son enjoys the chicken nugget kids' meal with mac and cheese. His favorite part is the dessert, though. The brownies and cobblers are a must for him.

I had 1 rib, that didn’t taste good, took 2 bites of the pulled pork and it was horrible, too bad tasting to eat. The rest went in the trash. Had diarrhea about 8-10 hours later.

These are supposed to be ribs? I was ready to get the ribs, they are hands down one of the best ribs in OKC.
FOOD DREAM SHATTERED 🥹 When i got home, opened the box with excitement...and saw those ribs my rumbling stomach was even louder because the smell was... AAHHHHmazing. Smelling delicious aroma of ribs and not being able to eat it made me and my belly very sad. Lesson...Should have checked them before I left......But I have never had to. You have been a staple in the community for decades because you have had held your food quality to a very high standard.
