Dave & Buster's Oklahoma City

Ok well I always like Dave & Busters but this time the service was terrible. I couldn’t find anyone in the winners circle. There was a line waiting for him so I went to the front to ask what the deal was. They called back there and magically he appeared. You all need a way to notify management there is someone waiting there for service. It was very disappointing.

I didnt have a problem with this place until i had a interaction with the manager. I dont know if he was having a bad day or hates his job, but his tone was horrible. Even my wife who was about 10 ft away saw how his body language was.

We Reserved and got the New digital dart board area. The Food was amazing, but we made the mistake of ordering the food during our hour on the Dart Board, so we did miss out on a little of the time we did have. So be sure to eat First and then Get the Digital Booths afterwards. The Game room was still amazing, we had a great Waiter.

Stopped here on our way traveling through town. Thought it’d be a good place for the kids to burn off some energy and grab a couple adult beverages. Drinks were extremely slow to come out. Waitress couldn’t get the order right, they kept bringing food out that we didn’t order, and then had it on the bill charging us for it. One chicken meal was served so rare, we were surprised we did t spend vacation sick. When trying to get the bill corrected. The adjustments/discounts said “customer didn’t like”. If I could leave negative stars, I would. On our next trip we will be trying Main Event.

Food was ok nothing special. Ribs were dry but hot and smoothed cheap BBQ. Bar tender was awesome nicest ever managers were cool switched games on TV and constantly out helping. Games area this is by far the SMALLEST d&b selection I've seen. Most of the icons are missing. They have A huge tarp dividing off some of the building from the game area maybe N expansion is coming but I can't see it handling crowd and small selection.

We were excited for a rare family outing but left feeling unwelcome. A technician aggressively accused my husband of taking a game lock our child accidentally removed, instead of calmly explaining the situation. Our waitress was also rude, dismissive, and blamed me for her mistake. We spent nearly $300 expecting a fun experience, but the negative interactions ruined it. Hoping this was an isolated incident, but we’re hesitant to return.

This was our first and last experience with any Dave and Busters. Food is way over priced, our server was nice but must have been new. We got several of the wrong orders, as in they brought over 3 orders of food we didn’t order and we were missing two other meals. Our bill took over and hour to straighten out to make sure we only paid for what we got. They did discount it, but wasn’t enough to get me to comeback.

The games are $1-6 per play and the prizes you could get with your tickets you won were way over valued. I’m talking 300 tickets for a bouncy ball.

If I was you, keep your money and go somewhere else.

First and last experience, I have remorse for new servers but it was ridiculous. To getting the separated tickets for our group paying separate correct, to food being brought out that wasn’t ours multiple times, a few drinks that were wrong. But mostly my chicken in the pasta I ordered was raw, very much hoping I don’t get sick. After looking at other reviews it looks to me like they shouldn’t be serving chicken of any kind or they need a new experienced cook.

We went here last weekend, and and then payed for playing cards for our boys. The food is overpriced and took about 40 minutes to get. Also bought 1 mixed drink and it was $15!!! That's absolutely outrageous. Also the claw machines are completely rigged. They set the claw so weak it can't even grab! Very disappointed just all around

Very busy which is too be expected on a Saturday night however they lied to us tremendously, Dave & busters advertises $20 for drinks&play yet told us on arrival that they stopped doing drink&play after 5pm on Fridays and Saturdays, yet we found the flier still laying out where it says "all day everyday", when asking a separate server about it they reiterated that they stop doing it after 5pm Fridays and Saturdays and tried to say it can be ordered thru their kiosks anytime HOWEVER they do not have the option on their kiosks. Card purchase minimum is $22 PER CARD!!!!!!
Half of the games didn't accept their D&B play card as the machines were messed up... This location is honestly kind of ass

Manger gave poor service, she did not even worry about my sister passing out at the table she came and got the dishes and kept on going . That was very rude and inconsiderate! Not only did we have to wait a while for the food, her chicken wings were undercooked. I’m very disappointed..

It’s Dave & Buster’s, they have OK food a bar for the adult and lots of video games for everybody. This location is clean and well maintained. Will be back.
