My daughter went to order food for me. I am disabled homebound. When she tried to order the man/boy started arguing with her about the order, and he would not listen to what she was ordering. I have an autistic grandson in the back seat. The server scared him . The food was wrong, and disgusting paid for more food than was received. I will no longer eat at any Del Taco. Very disappointed!!!!!!

My sister had recently gone to this restaurant to get food for me and my disabled mother. The man who took their order had gotten a big attitude, a grown man! Yelled at my sister, who had a child in the back, an autistic child! Which causes the child to get scared. My sister came back crying and shaking, as well as the child, who refused to leave her side with tears in their eyes. This is not the first time they have had employees with attitude problems. My mom went up when she could drive, and a woman got snappy with her because my mom couldn't hear so well. I suggest the owner fire the staff who can't even speak to people without an attitude. My family will NEVER eat at this place. Not only was the service bad but the tacos tasted stale.
My companion is gluten intolerant and the man at the register was extremely rude and dismissive when asked if certain menu items were gluten-free. He refused to inquire with the kitchen staff. She would have become extremely ill and del taco would be liable if they had served her something because of their negligence.

Looking forward to Del Taco meal. The restaurant Was clean. Have to order from a kiosk which wasn’t friendly. No lines for ordering though.
Tried the new Carnitas. Only took one bite of my street tacos. Shell was cool. Meat a little under room temperature. Definitely not a healthy temp. Told the counter person. To his credit, he went immediately to the hot food bar where all things were stored to check it. Didn’t offer to make it right though. Which meant we spent $25 for fries and a root beer.
Sad. Hope they do better for the next customer.

I’m from Wichita and came here for the first time on 4/4 and let me tell you the service was great and the food really good . The guy running the place at least I think he was, gave too notch customer service.
