My daughter went to order food for me. I am disabled homebound. When she tried to order the man/boy started arguing with her about the order, and he would not listen to what she was ordering. I have an autistic grandson in the back seat. The server scared him . The food was wrong, and disgusting paid for more food than was received. I will no longer eat at any Del Taco. Very disappointed!!!!!!

My sister had recently gone to this restaurant to get food for me and my disabled mother. The man who took their order had gotten a big attitude, a grown man! Yelled at my sister, who had a child in the back, an autistic child! Which causes the child to get scared. My sister came back crying and shaking, as well as the child, who refused to leave her side with tears in their eyes. This is not the first time they have had employees with attitude problems. My mom went up when she could drive, and a woman got snappy with her because my mom couldn't hear so well. I suggest the owner fire the staff who can't even speak to people without an attitude. My family will NEVER eat at this place. Not only was the service bad but the tacos tasted stale.

My companion is gluten intolerant and the man at the register was extremely rude and dismissive when asked if certain menu items were gluten-free. He refused to inquire with the kitchen staff. She would have become extremely ill and del taco would be liable if they had served her something because of their negligence.

Looking forward to Del Taco meal. The restaurant Was clean. Have to order from a kiosk which wasn’t friendly. No lines for ordering though.
Tried the new Carnitas. Only took one bite of my street tacos. Shell was cool. Meat a little under room temperature. Definitely not a healthy temp. Told the counter person. To his credit, he went immediately to the hot food bar where all things were stored to check it. Didn’t offer to make it right though. Which meant we spent $25 for fries and a root beer.
The food was fresh and they got our entire order right when we went through their drive thru.

I’m from Wichita and came here for the first time on 4/4 and let me tell you the service was great and the food really good . The guy running the place at least I think he was, gave too notch customer service.

First time here, ordered the queso chicken nachos. It was perhaps the worst nachos in world history. Chicken was unrecognizable, surely it had to be something processed.There was no flavor at all. Just all around terrible.

I travel quite a bit for work and every time I have stopped in at this Del Taco Not only has the food been great but the attitude of everyone working has been very welcoming and happy. No matter how busy they are they always try to make you feel like you are welcome. I grew up in the southeast and we didn't have any Del Taco restaurants so I am glad they are branching out more to that area also. It's hard to beat a staple like a crunchy taco with meat, lettuce, cheese, tomato, sour cream and taco sauce and they do a great job. I always make sure to thank the staff for a great job. Every time I am in Oklahoma City I always make time for a 3 pack at the Reno Avenue location. Thank you guys! 😁✌️♥️🐶🌮🤘🤙

Burritos are awesome and soft tacos, last though my husband brought home hard tacos and the shells tasted so bad we fed them to the dogs, no more of the hard ones for us, still love Del Taco.
