I really want to like this place. It’s convenient. However, tonight’s experience was dreadful. After waiting almost 10minutes, I arrived home to find they gave me the wrong burrito. $9 for the wrong, nasty burrito. Thank god Taco Casa is opening soon. I don’t care to return here.

Great lunch, but service is nonexistent. Counter staff stared blankly while I stood at the counter. Had to explain that I wanted to order before the cashier instructed me to download the app or order via self-service kiosk before walking off. He seemed puzzled and annoyed by the concept of paying with cash. A scene straight out of Idiocracy.
