Ordered 4 items through DoorDash, they only delivered one correct item, some stale soggy fries. Other items were completely different than what I ordered. Went up there and of course they gave me the "you have to take that up with DoorDash" schpiel and he wasn't going to give me free food. I didn't want free food. I wanted the food I paid for that they got wrong. I even brought the food up there so they could see they gave me the wrong order, but was still pointless. Definitely won't be eating there again.

The crunchy Snack Taco shells have been extremely stale the past two Tuesdays in a row, January 7th and 14th. This has been a constant issue off and on at multiple Del Taco locations over the last few years. I got stale taco shells alot of the time at Reno and MacArthur in 2022 and 2023, but then it got better for a while. The last time it happened, 2-3 months ago. I called in to report it and the manager acted like this is a problem with whoever delivers their taco shells, etc. and acknowledged that they did have a metallic type taste. It was better for a while after that. I had reported this issue to Del Taco online back in 2022/2023 a couple times. It was that location as well as others (Reno, May, Yukon). Lately, I had been going to this location, the May Avenue location. The crunchy snack Taco shells here were stale the last two visits, both on Tuesday, January 7th, and Tuesday January 14th. I always go on Taco Tuesdays. The tacos are really good when they aren't stale. I've been having to scrape the Taco filling off the stale taco shells and eat it with a bag of tortilla chips I had at home just to be able to eat the food I bought. The shells are absolutely disgusting when served stale. This has been an ongoing issue across multiple locations. After last Tuesday, hoping a different location may be better, I went to the Yukon, Oklahoma, location (Tuesday, January 21st).I am honestly about to give up on Del Taco because these tacos were so disgusting tonight that I had to spit out my first bite because of stale shells. They have a nasty metallic stale taste. You can even smell it. This is how it has been on many occasions at several locations . I don't know if I should take the stale tacos to the health inspector or what because this has been a constant issue off and on for a while across several Del Taco locations...

That was genuinely one of the worst experiences I have ever had with food from a drive through, expectations were already low, but they somehow made it 1000000 times worse than expected. There was a spongy, non food item tucked into one of the burritos, food actively falling apart, tasted horrible, even their drinks were off. We've had lemonade and coke before, and their fountains need some serious adjusting. Out of the 3 people that $17 meal covered (2 if which are tiny kids, with no care as to what they eat) none of us could finish a single item. Not sure what was done here, but it certainly is not an experience that I ever need again.

Literally handed me the bag of food with the nacho box SIDEWAYS in the bag. Cheese soaking the bottom of the bag and dripping onto my car seats. Would have only required a little common sense to know that was a bad idea.
I ordered Stuffed quesadillas with chicken and they came with me that looked like it was thrown up. Taco Carbon also looked like the meat was ate and thrown up. The lettuce was slimy the meat smelled bad. I ordered 4 different tacos a drink and fries and all I could eat was the fries. Do not eat here unless you want food poisoning.

apparently they are illiterate. they get the order wrong every time. how can you see I ordered 2 breakfast toasted wraps with guacamole and a steak breakfast burrito sub queso and give me 3 breakfast rollers with red sauce on stale tortillas. $20 for what? Took one bite of a burrito and made me gag.
