Great lunch, but service is nonexistent. Counter staff stared blankly while I stood at the counter. Had to explain that I wanted to order before the cashier instructed me to download the app or order via self-service kiosk before walking off. He seemed puzzled and annoyed by the concept of paying with cash. A scene straight out of Idiocracy.
The Manager today was top Notch. Management needs to acknowledge this for sure. Short staffed. Customers were super rude. She kept the whole team which was brand new rolling! Raises are definitely deserved
Staff was friendly and so nice! Food was hot and yummie. Bathrooms out of order but they warned us and we made the choice to stay snd eat anyways and I am glad we did. The bathroom was out of their control.
