Second time my wife and I have been here to eat in the past week. Both times the manager Alan has been rude and gives terrible customer service. Both times he greeted us with a “Hey what’s up?” after waiting for someone to come to the counter. When I lived in California Del Taco was always my favorite fast food place to eat. This location is extremely slow and unprofessional. We even ordered online this time and waited 15 minutes before leaving our house because they took so long the last time we ate here. When we told the manager that we had a mobile order he said “oh we just now got that so it’s going to be a while” mind you the dining room is empty (see photos) and the drive thru line is not long. As much as I like the food here I don’t think I’ll be back. Maybe they need more staff or a new manager.

At 6:20 on a Sat night there were no customers.Went thru drive thru and waited at least 10 minutes on my food. Got home with my street tacos and found them crumpled and the meat was a nasty paste.Tortilla was torn and filling coming out.Tried to eat it and mess fell in my lap. The taste was so awful I threw them in the trash. Never never never going back.
