Empty and dirty should have been our first clue. Visiting the area and Del Taco is a staple for us. My son's bean burritos were full of dried burnt beans. When they were remade, they were fresher but had chunks of cheese and mystery meat.

Didn't even try the food because I went in to try and use the restroom before ordering. I was told that the toilets don't flush and only employees can use them... And was also told that they couldn't get a plumber til Monday...
Umm? That's disgusting. And if they're having issues like that it probably means the septic is backing up and draining somewhere else inside the building. I've worked food service many places and if they're having this issue they should not even be open. Just saying ....
Bottom line is that this was one of my first places I stopped here in OKC and I was NOT impressed...
If they can't flush their toilets they should be shut down by the health department. That's all there is to it.

They messed up our door dash order bad last night and when we called them the manager last night, the manager said our order would be remade when we came in again, but the GM this morning said that’s not their fault and that we needed to call DoorDash to get it fixed. They act as if DoorDash is the one who made the food. When I said our order was messed up it was missing a lot of stuff. Our burritos the queso burritos had no queso how do you forget to add queso to a queso burrito.
I ordered what was supposed to be a large grilled burrito. You could barely notice that it had ever seen a grill, The beans are still watery that you could pour them out. The beef was a joke there was none to be found, and I've seen larger burritos on Taco Bell's dollar menu. Paying $8 for a dirty dish rag, second time in a row that I've been burnt at del Taco never again.

Why are the employees allowed to park immediately infront of the door. Shouldn't the front parking be for customers. Also the man who i asked about it took no initiative or responsibility. He actually walked away from me intead of completeling the conversation. I don't appreciate being talked to this way.
