Got my order completely wrong and when I asked for a refund because I was already on the other side of town they said I had to come in store to get a refund. After they messed up my order, I have to come out of my way to go back to the southside to get a refund for a mistake they did.

This food is so bad. I really don't know how they are still open. Staff is not friendly or caring. They're just there going through the motion.... Not sure how their chips are cooked but do not taste like anything describable....maybe their oil is always bad bc all fried food tastes the same.....

The staff at this location is WONDERFUL! My mom and brother are VERY difficult people to say the least. The staff here are soooo patient and kind to them. The staff engages them in conversation and knows them by name. My mom and brother go to this location specifically several times a week because of how well they are treated. Thank you ❤️Vegetarian options: My brother is an EXTREMELY picky vegetarian (of 31 years) and he LOVES this Del Taco location for their willingness to accommodate any request.

I ordered a drive thru pickup order. Guy told me it was delivery and I had to go inside to get it. I thought OK maybe I messed up at ordering. Looked at my email receipt. Said drive thru. Guys were literally too lazy to hand my order to me thru window. First and last time I order from I-240 location.

We ordered the ? tacos... There was some kind of special for Taco ? Tuesday. *Street Tacos NOT ? included.. ? We ordered the regular ? the snack and the street tacos. We all enjoyed them. In addition+ we also ordered guacamole ?... It was already tuning, but okay. We got churros and cheese ? cake bites... They were good too. ?☀️ Breakfast ? ? ? is also available. ?The bathroom ? was clean and well stocked. Paper towels or air dry were both available. I guess they keep the doors ? under? lock and key ?️.Kid-friendliness: High chairs available for babies ? doll ?

The guacamole had no seasoning in it, had to add salt and pepper for some flavor.I love del Taco, then one of my favorites since the early 1970s in Indio California. How about every other one in Oklahoma or good to excellent. This particular location has been bad four out of four times visiting in the last 3 years
