Came in late evening, 10pm was seated right away. Took us a min to decide on what to order. Our waiter brought our drinks and took our order that was at about 10:35 ended up ordering chicken fried chicken Mac n cheese and broccoli and my grandson had an appetizer that had mozzarella sticks onion rings fries and boneless wings .I ordered coffee and he had a coke. I had to ask for sugar and creamer when he refilled my coffee the 1st time so he brings me.a bowl of sugar packs and creamer packs pours my coffee and walks off. I drank my coffee and had to wait 15 minutes for him.to refill my cup. Our food finally can out an hour after we ordered our waiter brought food to the table set it down and walked off leaving my coffee cup empty.. the food is nothing to get excited about the broccoli was under cooked and flavorless the chicken looks like they were forgotten in the fryer and the gravy is so salty you can't eat it and it was served to me cold. The only thing that was good was the Mac n cheese other than it was at best warm it was creamy and had great flavor it would be a 10 out of 10 if it had been hot when it came to the table...I have yet to be able.to get a refill on my coffee and we are 20 minutes in to eating our food...it's not busy at all for the number of staff compared to the number of guests...the waiter has not come.back since he dropped the food. Do not orfer the chicken fried chicken unless you want to eat a fry over fried puck of meat...
Vegetarian options: Guest are allowed to be overly loud and very rude and wait staff does nothing about it. Manager was not seen in.the 2 hours we were in.the restaurant.

Discrimination at its finest , walked in and immediately came up to me (manager) and told me “I will have to save you for embarrassment but we would not service you due to your outfit , we are old fashion here” mind you I was wearing a cropped shirt WITH a cropped sweater, Did not there was a rule in how you dress to a dennys restaurant???

I'm not sure where we went wrong as customers , it took almost 15 min to get service after being seated. Then my meal was wrong and due to lack of communication I was given an onion omelette and I mean a crap load of onions. The waitress never came back to refill drinks or bring me my toast that was supposed to be with my plate. I asked for atleast the toast (I'm hangry at this point) but unfortunately didn't even get that. I'm curious on why we were treated so poorly ? I was offered another meal to be made but my husband was done with his plate already. That's how long I waited for the waitress to come back. I watched everyone around us get served but we waited and waited. This is my 2nd time at this location and didn't have this problem before so why are we being treated differently. We paid for my husbands plate , drinks and donut holes and left. I refused to go back but this type of service and treatment is noted.

If I could leave a 0 star I would, I came in w my family not too long ago, and felt like I was being judged and felt like they were being racist. The security officer and the host helped several guests before they helped me (they were all white) even though I arrived before them. Mind you, it's just three of us. We we're sitting and asked "why were y'all skipping us", and they told us "We didn't see you". We left and went to Ihop across the highway. THE SITTING AREA IS LITERALLY IN FRONT OF THE HOST STAND.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am a door dash driver and they had my order sitting and refused to give it to me. They claimed to have refunded the customer but that was a lie. The manager was hateful and laughed at me with her cook as I walked out. Never go here!!!

One of the best Dennys I have had the privilege of enjoying. Food was cooked well, staff was WELL ABOVE any possible standard, the restaurant is very clean, and the atmosphere is comfortable. Will return on a regular basis. Only reason for the 4 star food is the menu. Same old Dennys menu. But that's not the restaurant level responsibility. Excellent work by all

There were roaches crawling around our table. We left before getting food. Absolutely disgusting.
A cockroach ran our booth top X 2, plus manager swatted at 2 roaches next to us. Sorry will not be back to this food establishment
