OKC Sewer and Water by far the worst utility in Oklahoma. There has been raw sewage for months in my street and it’s still flowing! Actual SEWAGE no hurry it’s nobody’s problem. Way to keep Okc crappy! So disgusting 🤮 so disappointed that nothing has been resolved!

This review is specific to an employee, who happened to find my credit card and reached out to make sure I received it back. I’ve always had decent service here as well. Thanks Meagan Armstrong, OKC has a great person on their team!

I regularly go to this office to pick up already issued and paid for permits. No one is ever in a hurry to help you and all the employees seem to move at a snail's pace. The cashier is the absolute worst. Yesterday, I picked up a permit and went to the cashier's window to get my permit printed. That's all she had to do. I waited in line OVER 20 minutes while she tried to help the person in front of me, who was only paying for a permit. I even asked if the computers were down at some point. When it was finally my turn, I waited almost another 10 minutes for her to simply print my permit. There was a line of 3 other people behind me waiting to pay as well. There is absolutely no reason anyone should have to wait that long to simply have a document printed out. The cashier looks completely confused the entire time she is helping you and always seems to have issues with either her computer or the printer. Please hire someone more efficient. If the problem is with your technology, then please fix that issue. All the other counties that I go to for building permits are not this way and are extremely efficient and get you in and out in a timely manner, no matter how busy they are.
