On Saturday, 06/21/25, I ordered a pizza online. It took over one hour for the pizza to be delivered. When I called to check on what was taking so long I was told it was because there was only one delivery driver. I informed the person I spoke to that their system showed the pizza had been out of the oven for over 30 minutes. I was assured that the pizza was not in the oven yet and would be fresh when delivered. What I received was not a fresh pizza. It appeared to have been reheated and overdone. It was also not hot when arrived. Normally when I receive other pizza's the cheese will string out as a piece is pulled out. This shows that it is freshly made. This was not the case with this pizza. The cheese was overcooked and as I said earlier, had been reheated, probably a couple of times or more. I usually enjoy the pizza's I order but this was an absolute disaster. I am not sure when we will use this location again.

Oh I love dominoes until I gotten sick from this location. Right hand to god this was the only place that I ate from yesterday! I’m not able to hold anything down, everything is red and greasy looking in my vomit. I am now running a fever and don’t want anything to eat! Do not eat here! It’s not right!!

Really not bad at all but they forgot half my oder the last time. Manager said they'd put a credit on my account for my next order but there's no record of it. So I guess they're in the business of just lying to their customers and stealing our money.

Horrible service. Somehow got my friends order and mine mixed up whenever he still had to pay at the store and I paid for it online already. Genuinely blows my mind how that happened.
Bro was listening to good music in the back though, the only redeeming quality about my experience at this store.

We picked up our pizza and were immediately greeted and helped. They were extremely kind and quick. The general manager made sure that we were happy with our order. The food was delicious hot and perfect. I couldn’t ask for better service. Thank you Domino’s!!

This sucks! I started going to dominos because Pizza Hut charged for cheese and peppers each. I go here last night and there is a fee. I spend $40 on pizza and you wanna squeeze another $1 for cheese and peppers each and a tip. Screw that I said charging for the cheese and peppers is like McDonalds charging for ketchup or going to sit down restaurant to eat and they charge for the silverware it doesn’t make sense. Please explain the reasoning? To take it all from the people. I wanted to walk without taking food when I saw that sign.

This Domino's was in Okcity in Quail Springs. As soon as you walked in the door, I was greeted at the counter. It didn't take very long for my pizza. The restaurant was very clean. They actually walked my order out to my car. They even helped me with directions to get back to my hotel. Very good customer service. Thanks
Parking: A lot of parking places to park. It was a big parking lot.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp to get inside the place . Huge sidewalk.
Great service from this location from the woman who I assume is the supervisor or manager, I unfortunately don’t recall her name. But there was a mixup with my order and the location. It was suppose to be a delivery order but couldn’t because of my address so had to be a pickup. And she instantly took care of me completely. This was amazing service from this location.
