This is our local Domino's and order usually once a week from here for delivery and the food is always hot and fresh. Typically arrives way sooner than the order tracker estimates. Feel like portions can sometimes be a little skimpy but the food is still good. Beats the Papa John's and pizza hut in the area by far.

Worst delivery driver and store to use. Absolutely terrible. Got lost. Got scared and refused to deliver. Then they just cancelled my order without calling. Literally Garbage. Will never order from this location again. Just terrible.

I called the store at Hefner and council to order for takeout. After a while I decided to just head that way while still on hold. To my amazement I made to the store still on wait. I asked to speak to the manager and the employee stated “you are”. When I basked why they were not answering the phone , he stated “we’re too busy to answer the phone “. I was shocked to witness a manager just casually throw business away like that in today’s economy. It took only an instant for me to be certain I would never do business with him, so here we are at fazolis.

Pizza is always good and delivery drivers are always professional. My only complaint is the last few orders they forget the crust seasoning and I have to pep it up myself. It’s very bland unseasoned.

Tried to order online to carry out. Your POS system to take orders would not allow me to put in an email or phone number. So, you lost our business. Can't order online if the system doesn't give you that option to input the so-called required information.

2nd time ordering a salad that arrived rotten. Expiration date reads September 10th. It arrived on the 7th. I know this place is understaffed but rotten food is crossing a line.

Honest with the manager about an order placed, and manager copped an attitude about not replacing the order. Tried to be nice to no avail. Will never use Hefner and Council or even Domino's again. Rufe as heck and food was so nasty, I had to throw it away

I’ve never had disrespectful service after I called them out on it. Won’t be going back I’ve live here for more then 6yrs. The manager in duty 4/23 9:30pm seems so to have a problem. I specifically asked her for extra cheese there was 6 slices dry I have photos of the pizza that she claims she added extra cheese I asked her if she wanted me to show her and she said she will send me a new pizza, that tells you she’s lieng. I love in this district I will not be serviced like this no maam, you got the right one on the wrong day
