I was thoroughly DISGUSTED in my pizzas. First of all, they were not hot... they were not fresh and they looked like they had been just sitting under a warmer. Secondly, they had not been cut all the way through, so when we tried to pick up a slice, the whole pizza came up out of the box. Thirdly, they tasted and looked like cardboard! I will never return to this store and will never recommend it to ANYONE!

Been eating at the dominos 7743 W Hefner road in OKC for years now. The quality has always been good and I've realized it is now the only place we order pizza from anymore. The app is super convenient and the points make it worth having!

I went in for a small spinach pizza. They messed up the order and gave me a feta cheese, no big deal mistakes happen. They redid it and it was still wrong this time it was spinach and onion. I'm allergic to onion so I had to go back. At this point my son was pissed because I could've gotten sick. The manager was super rude and told him that was what was ordered and it was his fault. My kid is always super careful when he orders my food especially since he has allergies too. Well they fixed it again I told them I wanted a cheese pizza with spinach. Not hard, right? This time there was no sauce. But there was spinach and the cheese was feta! I HATE feta on pizza not once did I ask for feta in all of this ordeal!!!

Tressa and Terra, I'm going to have to give you ladies props!!!! It's been a long time since I've ordered from Domino's and it's my favorite pizza place. I am happy to let the owner know that they did a great job fixing our dinner and it's greatly appreciated!!!!! Tressa, McKenna, whomever the other crew is working as well thank you so much for the dinner. On my pizza I don't see bell peppers. It's still good though, hopefully next time it'll be right. Still good 👍 I just want to say again that this team is awesome and thank you again for dinner!!!!!!

Being right next to a franchise office you would think they would have their staff together but no. Very obvious that employees are pushing orders through the system as if they are done when they are not. This alerts the customer that their pizza is ready only to find when you arrive to pick up they are not done. Very unprofessional.

This place is the worst dominoes you can order from, everytime I visit this location they have employees that don’t know how to check customers out in a timely manner. Even if you pick up your order it’s never ready when they say it is. I also ordered food from them and got it delivered to me and a few days later I ordered delivery again and was told they don’t deliver to my address ever, they young lady argued me down about me not having it delivered before. I’ve spent plenty of money at this location but no longer all I do business with this franchise EVER.

I ordered online and drove 45 minutes later, but my order hadn’t even been started. There was a long queue of orders before mine that hadn’t been started either. A customer in the store was informed that her order would take another 20 minutes to be ready.
The owner seems to prefer hiring minors and 70-year-old women to work here, which might be a contributing factor to their deficiencies.
Unfortunately, I overlooked the amount of 1 star reviews this location has. It speaks for itself.

They don’t let you carry out past 10 PM even though it says they close at midnight. When I asked why this was, I was hung up on. Okay then.
