I’ve never had disrespectful service after I called them out on it. Won’t be going back I’ve live here for more then 6yrs. The manager in duty 4/23 9:30pm seems so to have a problem. I specifically asked her for extra cheese there was 6 slices dry I have photos of the pizza that she claims she added extra cheese I asked her if she wanted me to show her and she said she will send me a new pizza, that tells you she’s lieng. I love in this district I will not be serviced like this no maam, you got the right one on the wrong day

You spend ridiculous amounts of money, get a free pizza, and then in fact CANNOT have the free pizza because the app never works and the managers at this store are unwilling to help in anyway shape or form even though the app literally TELLS YOU TO CALL THEM. I worked in food service for years and I guarantee anyone, that helping a customer is more worth it than saying "no, you have to use the app" that is actively broken.

Placed an order an hour prior to receiving an email saying that the order canceled because the “driver” came by and knocked when I was standing outside for a good 20 minutes. I called and they lied saying that they called, which was a lie because I’ve been using my phone. Needless to say, the store is ran by a bunch of retards that don’t know what they’re doing.

I ordered the pasta primavera and as soon as I opened the container I see that there is barely any food inside! I have ordered the pasta many times and it has never looked so poor. I won’t even get full off of this amount. The customer service was not very good either when I asked them to simply remake it instead of asking for my money back. Makes me never want to order from you all again.

Rockwell Ave Dominos in Oklahoma City is absolute trash. Four times my order has been over an hour late. The driver (their only one) is this brown haired young lady who appears to be a K2 addict who is curt and rude (as if shes PUT UPON to deliver my order) in every interaction. Corporate needs to address this store ASAP or Im liable to file lawsuits (i have that kind of time) just to cause problems for this company.

Pizza was not cooked to order. Had to call back and was questioned and interrogated by the manager before she offered to remake the pizza..that is absolutely unacceptable. Did not apologize for the mistake either. Unacceptable!
