Will not be coming back again. I will stick with my usual Nichols hills location on may. Thought I would stop here since I was close by, was greeted by two rude/short employees. While waiting for my change they start to argue with eachother over the drawer. I have a rather large order when it was handed to me I got a pile of boxes and sauce/coke with no bags to juggle out of the door. The delivery driver in the white suv almost hits me ripping through the parking lot in his quest to drop off a pizza as fast as possible. Get home and there’s virtually zero sauce on any of the pizzas and somehow everything is tasteless.On the plus side the pizza was properly sliced All the way through. I’ll be sticking with the 7615 location for now

I’m a very picky person when it comes to pizza but the team at this store never gets my order wrong and it always comes piping hot even though I got it delivered to my home. I’m not sure what they’re doing right that so many other pizza places get wrong but they deserve a raise in my eyes!
On 10 /12/23 I order two thin crust pizzas from dominos on 6025 w Reno and stopped by and picked them up for my wife and her mother, when I got the pizzas to the house opened them up and they both were burnt to the point of I would not of even feed to the dogs , anyway called the store and they said they would make new ones , it would be 15 minutes got there and waited they took the order again after I handed them back the original pizzas and it took the order , it again said it will be 15 minutes , I waited for approximately 40 and they brought the pizzas over and I glanced at them they were a little better but still ifey but these pizzas we're not for me , took them home and the pizzas we're wrong again since these were for my wife she gets the meatza thin , and one hamburger , mushrooms and extra cheese that is there standard order both pizzas we're meatza pizzas , called again to tell them and the manager stated as I was trying to tell what happened , she said yes I did look quick be before Iefted there yes I did and he repeated the order back yes he did and she would not let me finish my statement that they were both the same pizzas yes I was flustered at that point and the more she tried talking over me , yes my voice started raining due to her not let me speak and I asked for the area mano name and phone she said no and basically hung up , I called another Domminos pizza that was glad to help me but I also found out that that dominos at 6025 w Reno in Oklahoma city ok was and independent LLC that they were not connectex to the other Domminos pizzas so I now see what's was happening , the other Domminos pizza place I called gave me the corporate number and assisted me in filing on how to file a complaint against that store , will never go to independent Domminos again , again this was picked up for my wife and her mother , that is the worst experience I ever had burnt food and the remakes were wrong then would not listen to the complaint and she hung up , yes I admit that I was flustered but that was not called for from that particular Domminos pizzas at 6025 w Reno at the evening shift at 6:30 pm

When I ordered my 1 pizza and 1 pasta, they took more than an hour to deliver. Upon calling to see why it was taking so long, I received attitude and frustration. I got a notification that my delivery person was in my neighborhood and they stayed in my neighborhood for 15 minutes so I went outside to wait or flag down if I needed to. Another 10 minutes pass and they are no where in sight. Finally, they pull up, I'm watching the delivery person get on their phone, scroll through social media, and smoke their THC cartridge vape pen. This happened for 10 minutes, note that I'm watching them with my family behind me now, they finally open their door and submit that they have arrived. Even the now high delivery driver had an attitude when I refuse to pay for my 2 hour order. Close it down and try again.
