Domino's Pizza

Their thin and crispy crust pizza and the chocolate lava cakes are delicious. My order was ready on time and service was efficient.

Every time I come to this Domino’s they mess up my order. I had to call in a couple weeks ago about it and they said they’re gonna send me a gift certificate in the mail and it’s never came in . I called and complained and they said I need to bring it back up there , they won’t send me a gift certificate, and I have to have it remade honestly don’t have time to do so it’s just really frustrating that I spend money somewhere and it’s not being made right. Probably won’t be coming back again.

I ordered a medium pizza Xtra cheese,pepperoni and bacon. The pizza was overcook and why was ham on it? The bacon was hugh pieces. So we always tip the drivers a nice tip they've always been nice but the guy who delivered our food tonight was rude. I think if we order again I'll pay the tip in cash. That why I'm not giving money to a rude driver

Third time in a row that they have messed up delivering to me. This time I was told that they are too busy to do remakes and that I would not be receiving my food that I paid for because they are too busy to do remakes. Waited an hour and a half, looked at the tracker and it said delivered. Store customer support is the worst I have ever had the displeasure to speak with on the phone.

Ordered a pizza never got it, they said they call me multiple times when I had the receipt it was only once and I let him in my apartment. After 10 minutes of calling, I finally received someone on the phone and they said they left the pizza down in the lobby. The person isn’t working on Sundays. I go down there. There’s no pizza I tried to call back and tell him what happened. The guy says it’s not my issue. It’s not my problem. You’ll have to call back at 6:30 for the general manager when I repeatedly try to talk to a manager there and he kept hanging up the phone. I don’t know who this employee is but he’s got no business being in Customer Service at all regardless of what you’re going through the day I spent $18 to get that pizza and I did not receive it so basically I’m out $18 on top of having to spend money on food tonight. It’s just not giving and Domino’s used to hold this employee accountable cause he does not need to be working in Customer Service at all

Since I know reviews rule our worlds here in the retail industry, I just want to say thank you, yall made an awesome pizza for me the other day, and the wait wasnt long at all (13 minutes max). I had a custom pan with ranch, bacon, spinach, cheese, tomatoes, mushrooms, and chicken. I just want to say that, that pizza, was perfectly topped, had a perfect golden brown crust, and was absolutely delicious all the way through with no gel layer. The crust didnt have that overproofed bowl look, and the toppings were evenly spaced, and I certainly felt like I had a bite of each topping per slice. 5*, good job yall
I just wish you all had the 9.99 any toppings any pizza deal... Pizza has come to be super expensive, so being able to purchase a pizza was nice!

Ordered the new stuffed crust pizza it was delivered from this store. No oil or parmesian. I complained, but because one (1) slice was eaten, they would not honor a complaint. I will not use this Dominoes again, and I have complained to corporate

I did carside delivery in the app then it started pouring soi added as tip as even though the door is right their it’s still raining but I felt sooo bad bc of you too you have to like sign the receipt, which I didn’t realize, so it took a few extra min!!!

Last evening. I place an order for a Parmesan stuffed crust pizza with pepperoni and Italian sausage. I also ordered a 2nd pizza that was supposed to have a chicken and bacon with garlic Parmesan sauce. I accidentally did not add the correct ingredients to the order and caught it immediately called and talked with a young lady and explained that I had made a mistake and could she correct the 2nd pizza with the chicken and bacon and she assured me it was correct. Well about 15 minutes later received the pizza and nothing was changed pizza was horrible. It was just plain bread. If I had not called I would have not been upset. I was just to outdone to call the young lady cause she didn’t do what I asked. She did tell me the truth

Have always had good experiences with carry out and deliveries. Friendly staff who are always accurate with our orders. We always use the 20% coupon (;
