Didn't come to the right apartment complex set a whole street for 30mins and then said my order was delivered didn't try to call me at all

we order from this one because it’s the closest to our house. The pizza is fine but the last 5 times we have ordered, we have had to recut the pizza ourselves. Gotta do a better job guys. Twice we’ve had the pizza come with barely an indent of where the cutter went

Okay I went in today about 8:30-9 pm tonight i got there Early and saw the chubby girl with long hair and a hair pin (her names katlyn) in the back complaining about the girl then saw a pizza wrong and said "well I'm not fixing it now" I was walking in the rain the guy with glasses up front was amazing but when I called with the number on my order they didnt answer 3 times the first call we make on my boyfriends they answer immediately said tried to make the assumption that we had already eaten the pizza when I went up there in the rain Katlyn kept making faces at me and they didn't try and give me a bag I had to ask.

Would've have no stars but they make you give one .... No meat on the Philly cheese steak call them and get hung up on by the manager ...no good food or customer service ... Will never order from them again...and highly don't recommend no one else order from them ...

I ordered food for delivery. One of the pizzas were made wrong. The manager said I could get a coupon for a free pizza that I never received. The wings had the least amount of sauce on them and were basically just plain. I will be going to other establishments

I ordered a pepperoni pizza with half jalapenos, light sauce, extra baked but I wanted to see if they could do 1/3 jalapenos instead. I call right after I place the order on the app and they put me on hold, about 2 minutes later I ask and the guy whispers “oh my god” and then tells me the pizza has been made and is in the oven. To no surprise, when I get the pizza it was clearly a premade pepperoni pizza that they quickly threw the extra toppings onto, hence why it only took two minutes. Then when I do curbside pickup, the guy is expecting a tip. If youre wanting an experience that makes you feel satisfied to spend good money on good food, skip this place.

Terrible. When you walk in, they don’t say anything. They ignore you. No “hi” or any acknowledgment. Even if you already paid, and your pizza is sitting out, they’ll have you wait 10+mins while you’re looking at your order. I’m tired of the crappy service, but I’m going to be a Karen and contact corporate every time there’s an issue.

Just moved to OKC and got pizza out of desperation. Domino’s has upped their game in the last few years, or maybe this location just rocks. Pizza was made perfectly and arrived hot and fast. Colt was the driver’s name - perfect, because he arrived so quickly!

You have to pay for parmesan cheese! It's not complimentary like every other pizza joint.
Come on, Domino's! You guys are a huge corporation with plenty of cash flow. Us consumers are already having to deal with inflated prices. I'm sure you guys could afford a few flakes of parmesan cheese to go along with our pizzas.

This place needs to be shut down. They never get my order right and half the time they don't actually deliver my pizza. The management is a joke.
