Place an order online 45 mins before close and they just go and cancel my order. What's bad about it is they also took my money. Now I. Stuck at work for 8 hrs with nothing to eat and since I work overnight, not many options to order either. Very disappointing.

I wanna give them -5 stars but that’s not in the option. I placed an order from there via uber eats and they cancelled it. And when I called them to ask why they cancelled it the lady on the phone just hanged up my call. I tried to call again they just picked and hanged. I don’t know what’s happened with them. But this is not good for their store.

I ordered from the this location and I ordered a large pizza was sent a medium when I called back 50 min later they said they had sent the delivery driver on 3 other deliveries and said I should receive my remake within another 15 or 20 minutes. This was ridiculous, AND she then states as I ask her what can be done to make us a Lil happier with the messed up situation she horribly says, 'my driver has just returned and should be there in 15 or 20 minutes'. She then hangs up on me! How rude and disrespectful she is. So I got a hot pizza and cold everything else hours after I ordered not to mention I ordered the melted cheese to go with my parmesan bites--did NOT want the marinara, and it came with marinara. As a manager of fast food, to make my customer(s) happy and FIX the problem, I would offer some sort of 'bonus' to the customer. I am NOT happy with the service I received at this location and will drive out of my way to get the food and service I know I can get at another location.
In my opinion, the woman on the phone does NOT need to be working in ANY type of customer relations position. She needs better training.

Everything was good but the delivery person forgot the sauce! Please always double check if the order includes sauces. It was hard to eat without the sauces I ordered.

This location just opened down the street from its previous home but has NOT been the same since. Pizza has way to much sauce on it slightly over cooked with the driest crust. I like Dominoes pizza for the good garlic buttery crust ( which seems non-existent lately)

Absolutely crazy how I ordered the Philly cheese steak sandwich by looking at the picture it looked great. These people are so freaking cheap and put maybe a couple pieces of meat into their sandwich, it was more like a grilled cheese sandwich. Really don't even order it. Now the two meat medium pizza I ordered with it was a cold hard cracker they stuck two meats on! NEVER AGAIN PLACE IS SIMPLY HARD UP AND HORRIBLE
