Food was good but the service could be a lot better. We spent $60 on a delivery and they forgot 3 ranches that we paid for and a 2 liter, which comes out to a little under $10 of product. Normally i wouldnt call about it but we were only 2 min down the street (dont have a car so thats why i couldnt just go get it). I called and wasnt even upset about it, i just asked if they would be able to bring our drink they forgot and even said i would tip them to bring it again and they said they would bring it but never did. Just not very great customer service

Got carry out for my boss age coworkers down the road and order was ready and fresh right when the app said it would be. I was greeted immediately and only sat for about 3 mins or so on a pretty large order! Very satisfied!

None of the workers greet you at the door. I had to say I'm here for and pick up. The pizza wasn't that hot and wasn't even cut correctly and the garlic twist the bottom of the box they come in was greasy as hell. They chick working yesterday evening was not customer friendly at all and she looked dirty.

When in town, frequently order from this store. This time our order had the wrong sauce (BBQ instead of light original). Horrible. Called and they offered to make another pizza, which never arrived. (Still waiting a hour and a half later.). Maybe they’re just having a really, really bad night. Me too, because that was a really, really bad pizza.

Ordered a single pizza with an expected delivery time of 30-40 minutes. An hour and 20 minutes later and the pizza was still not delivered. The fact that I called after waiting 50 minutes and I was told that the driver was taking a bit long to deliver due to having to make multiple deliveries was not the main issue, the main issue was having to watch the driver over the app be near me MULTIPLE times and still not delivered to me. The app kept showing me the driver would be 2 minutes away, then 5 minutes away, back to one minute away, and then again 6 minutes away. WHY would Dominos not allow the driver to deliver based off a route to better optimize the delivery process, or even better just hire more drivers. Dominos makes too much money to not be able to afford either hiring new drivers or raising the wages of their current employees to attract more new hires. Ended up canceling the order because why would anyone pay for a cold pizza.
The new Parmesan Stuff Crust is great. $50 is too much for two medium 2 topping pizzas

Place an order online 45 mins before close and they just go and cancel my order. What's bad about it is they also took my money. Now I. Stuck at work for 8 hrs with nothing to eat and since I work overnight, not many options to order either. Very disappointing.
