Today was a bummer! the person working gave a loud sigh and seemed irritated when I walked in while he was outside of the counter texting. I wish he asked if I wanted the extra toppings (as your staff typically does before making a shake) and poured chocolate syrup and Oreos on top which I never wanted.

I can't say I am too fawned over this Herbalife movement. I don't like their products. This place charged me $16 for a large shake. The person making had no knowledge of her products and what she was putting in to the shake also. There are so many better products and brands than Herbalife.

Definitely a 5 star for me! A lot of shake bars tend to be rude to people of my size. The owner opened the door for me (gorgeous!) and the lady behind the counter was THE SWEETEST! I got the key lime pie, The counter lady was so nice to explain parking authority watching my car in a loading zone! IT WOULDVE BEEN WORTH A TICKET.. super friendly! It's going to end up a regular spot I feel like. :)

Downtown Nutrition is my go to for a healthy lunch! Kate is so wonderful & helpful every time I go in. There aren't too many healthy options within walking distance, and the shakes are amazing! Definitely recommend trying them out!

Awesome place. Drinks are great give an insane amount of boost to the day. Guy that makes them is always so cool even dealing with some questionable characters he’s always super chill and willing to explain everything and help find your next favorite. I’m pretty stuck on the Wonder Woman but maybe one day I’ll try another new one.

Do you remember dreamcicles? Orange flavored frozen bars with a cream center? Well, that's what I just had for lunch basically! Just stopped in here for the first time to try a shake after reading a sign in the window that said to stop in for a shake. The masked man behind the counter confirmed that these were not the unhealthy sugar laden smoothie variety things one can buy elsewhere, but were indeed high protein, high nutrition, low cal, low sugar MEAL REPLACEMENT offerings that can wisely be chosen when fueling up. After all, that is what food is for us at the most basic level, and better fuel makes for better, well, you know, stuff. Seriously, this was great tasting and healthful and the menu had probably close to 50 different flavors plus they offer energy teas which I'd like to try too. It seemed like it was the proprietor of the business helping me and he struck me as someone long involved in the nutritional side of things and has now brought that experience to us. If you want to be good to yourself this year and if you want to buy local, you can accomplish both right here!
