I ordered a dozen mixed donuts and only received 2 filled donuts, and not a very good mix of classic donuts, but a plain cake, eeewwww, nobody wants that! I did enjoy my white chocolate signature latte.

Sorry! I need to send a message to all Corporate employees and Management @ Dunkin donuts donuts keep getting down-sized coffee rolls is the size of a regular glaze donut. Poor idea dunkin You are gutting your brand by cheap cutting down on the size of your donuts. Its a real shame and I will start getting my Coffee rolls and Apple fritters from [7 Eleven] their larger and cheaper. Dunkin don't make their donuts anymore! [0ne]Starr!!

I recently visited your store and had a worst experience. I ordered a hot latte with French vanilla flavor, but instead, I was given a plain hot coffee. When I went back to politely address the issue, the staff responded sarcastically and said, “Have a good day,” instead of offering to fix the order. Worst staff.

I come thru nearly every morning for coffee. Their smiles, hard work, and kindness are better fuel than the caffeine in the coffee.
Shift leader was patient with my MIL and myself. She took the time to explain the difference between cold brew and iced coffee. I have been ordering that drink maybe 10 years and first time that was explained. Very much appreciated and I very much enjoyed my maple donut.

I am disappointed with this Dunkin location. Every time I get donuts, even early in the morning, they always taste dry and stale no matter which donut it is. Anytime I get donuts at 8 a.m., they are already out of flavors like the double chocolate for the day. The managers need to start ordering more donuts for the day, as this place is always packed in the morning and afternoon. Anytime I order a medium caramel iced coffee, it is often made wrong, such as barely any caramel, the coffee flavor overpowers the drink, and the drink is not stirred, or the cup is dripping with coffee when handed to me. This location was amazing ten years ago, and I don't know what happened. The donuts are overpriced with lackluster quality, and I will be getting coffee at McDonald's from now on, as it is cheaper and tastes better.

I have been getting the sweet black pepper bacon sandwich and it comes with white cheddar, when doing a mobile order I put American cheese and I never get American cheese therefore I always have to take the sandwich back this has happened 6 or more times. Someone is not paying attention!!! That’s why I gave 3 out of 5 I also ask the person at the speaker please make sure it’s American cheese because I know they’re not paying attention and I just came today again no American cheese
