My husband and I went Sunday at 6:15 The donuts were disgusting sitting on a rack.mot covered and we're stale I asked for decaf coffee teenager poured regular. Thank God the Shift manager took it and made.some decaf .If you are to be opened to 9pm the food you serve should be as fresh as the morning .You charge full price for donuts left uncovered so bugs can fly on them

It's okay I mean it's Duncan but I feel like they could train their employees a little better the last three times I've been there twice the employee that was making the drinks and ringing up the orders had no idea what they were doing. They went to drive through a third time and all of these are separate occasions by the way two of the iced coffees we asked for liquid sugar and had to repeat it two more times on top of the original order and they still put the other sugar in it. But all of their attitudes were really good they were really nice they were willing to change it no problem sound better training would be good

The workers are very unintelligent and unprofessional. I honestly prefer to drive the extra miles past this location to go to the n may location which is 1000 times better. It’s like every time I go my order is wrong.
The owner is very nice and the coffee is good. The staff can be a bit rude though. There’s one girl always complaining about mobile orders, which doesn’t make you feel very welcome to use the app. Friendly service is definitely lacking at this location. Hopefully the owner can identify the rude employees and offer extra training so customers have a more peasant experience in the mornings.

This location has been in my area forever and their quality is pretty steady & consistent. The staff is always nice and the inside is always clean.

We have had excellent experiences with this Duncan Donuts. We visit it regularly. The food is always fresh. The staff is always courteous. The orders are always correct. We enjoy the Kolaches, regularly. The egg bites are always fresh. The coffee is always hot. Thank you! You guys are great!
This Dunkin is great! The employees are always friendly and do a great job, and the orders are always accurate and well executed. The only thing I wish was different was their closing time. I guess most people may not necessarily want coffee after 8:30PM, so I get it, but man do I wish they were open later. Even if it was just 9:00... All that to say, that's a corporate decision, so not within their control, and they absolutely deserve 5 stars!
