I just and picked up my mobile order and I waited 13 minutes for my food and coffee. They do not do app orders very well and focus ALOT on their drive thru. Don’t place mobile orders here if you want to get in and out.. even when you give yourself enough time

First they need to give some coffee to their morning crew.. about three weeks ago, I ordered hot Cappuccino and French crullers.. They did not make the order right for two times.. They were giving me cold coffee instead.. I just walked out without food.. And today when I went there again, when I was order , the girl was like what what and m like wake up girl.. They need to work on their customer service.. Employees act so dumb ..

This location is amazing! I just wish they would do something about the coffee sizes. Because I order a medium hot coffee for $5.22 and a large one for $5.42 but yet when I get the large the same amount that’s in a medium is inside the large. I want an actual large and then whip cream filled to the top. Not a medium poured into a large. Please fix this.

The staff always makes the most delicious avocado toast w/ bacon for me!! Coffee is always amazing and never watered down. Even during rush hours my orders are on point! By far the best Dunkin in this area.
