Absolutely amazing! my friend went in and was short on change for a drink so she decided not to get one and a very nice employee there decided to pay! Absolutely amazing service and the food is always fresh and warm. Thank you Valerie and Lydia for serving us and being so kind and patient.

Okay hear me out, I love Dunkin Donuts great coffee and great food for what it is. I frequent the del city location now by my house because this location has let me down so much.
I have a simple coffee order, large iced French vanilla coffee, 1 pump of creamer and no sugar. Like most times I stop here they gave 48 pumps of creamer and 263 pumps of sugar in my drink making the bottom a sludge.
On top of that the two Kolaches I ordered, they managed to make the bun warm but leave the hot dog completely frozen inside, an absolute miracle of incompetence there that really blew my mind this morning. I tried to take a picture but a frozen hot dog looks like a damn regular hot dog.

Did a Mobil order, showed up 10 minutes later and still was not ready. Had to wait 15 more minutes before they finally gave me my order. By that time the coffee they made, when I placed my order 25 minutes before, was lukewarm at best. And on the wrap, they placed the bacon on top of the wrap!!!! Every time I come here the service gets worse and worse. This was ridiculous!!!

Just came in 1/8/25 at 11am (roughly). My last service was terrible and my coffee was cold. This morning was a contrast. The lovely ladies behind the drive through window were very patient with my order and clarified with me to make sure it was correct. They were incredibly sweet and brought a smile to my face. Not only that but the two coffees I got (one hot one cold) were *perfect* temps and so flavorful. My avocado toast had so much of that good seasoning on it and was cooked perfectly. Rarely will I write a review but this small interaction and their customer service really just made my day. 🖤 thanks girls!

Would not recommend if you want fast service, it's probably the slowest place in okc. Bad trained server's and management! Takes 15 minutes to hand me 2 dozen donuts!!!!!

Ordered a coffee, wake me up wrap, and a donut Christmas Eve morning. 7am. 12pm and my stomach started to hurt. 3pm and I am nauseous, have the shakes, overall feeling very unwell. I didn’t finish my coffee or my donut. Not sure if anything was old or expired, or equipment was not cleaned properly. Either way, I’m never eating at a Dunkin’ again.
Very rude cashier had us wait for a croissant for 30 min instead of grabbing the one behind her we asked for and paid for then she forgot all about us

A walk-in I was the only customer I hear people talking in the back but no one come to the front so after a few minutes I go check and make sure that they can see me they continue to talk sweep the floor it comes to take my order precedes to grab my donuts without washing his hands after taking my order he goes back in the back and starts talking instead of making my coffee I got very upset and demanded my money back and left the on duty manager tried to apologize but she was part of the problem because she was the one he was talking to and I would understand if it was about their work but it wasn't I would rather go to Starbucks and pay a lot more money than to be treated like that
