Coffee and donuts are 5⭐️ but the gentleman working the front counter this morning has really BAD dandruff. Huge flakes in his hair, all on his shirt, no gloves, no hair net. I only ordered coffee because I didn’t want to order donuts and get his scalp flakes as a topping.

This is my local Dunkin and honestly it’s the worst one i’ve been too. Terrible service terrible staff. The manager who runs this place has the worst attitude ever. There is always new workers who have NO idea what they’re doing. I’m genuinely curious if there is even a training session for the new ones? Why does it take 20 minutes to receive a drink? I get it’s rush time in the morning - HIRE MORE WORKERS?

I work close to this location and I frequent this establishment daily and I want to point out that the crew is a delight management is on point with her leadership I enjoy coming here the team always makes me feel welcome and I really appreciate that you can't find good customer service these days so five stars as well deserved.

Honestly every time i come i ask for cinnamon sugar on top of my sweet cold foam and they always say ok pull up for us and we’ll run it out, and they always forget it. Stop asking people to pull up if they have a special instruction that you’re going to forget or not communicate to your team members every time.

Fast, friendly and accurate they always make my coffee just right
I’ve been coming to Dunkin for a long time. I come in during the mornings, and I even make frequent visits at night. Usually, service is amazing and everyone is very helpful. Though recently I can’t help but feel bad for the managers especially at night. It seems like working here does a number on them because they always look so stressed and tired. I only decided to leave this review because it seems that other customers seem to have the same concerns.

Second time were workers are too busy trying to get driver thru done and not work on mobile orders. Last time I waited 45 minutes for one breakfast sandwich because they overcooked my ticket!
