I use to work at one of the other Dunkin's in OKC before this one was ever thought of..we went out of the way for our customers I guess..over here when I order double chocolate cake for my roommate they always seem to be out but they they have chocolate glazed cake... Go to the back and throw some icing on it.. if you have the means to make a customer happy--do it..stop being lazy and take a little pride in customer service..

Was actually one of the best ones we have been too. The staff was very polite and helpful. Other than the drive thru being in a hard to see place. Definitely going to return to this location.
Love the coffee for the price its good. However every single time I’ve ordered a chicken roasted pepper wrap it has been hot on the outside and ice cold on the inside.. I dont know what the issue is with heating the wrap but its seems like they only warm the outside and the inside still feels freezing cold. This also only ever happens at this location

been in the drive through line for 25 minutes now and am stuck. Most likely no one is here to work and/or short staffed issue. Regardless management / other stores something should've been done this is the longest I've been stuck in any drive through. It's 10am.

I placed a order through Uber and when I received my food and drinks my hot coffee was flipped upside down leaking everywhere I called up there to talk to a manager and they basically said that they didn’t do it and that I’m being dumb I would like to see them be better this isn’t the first time it happened never going back
