Didn't mention the we needed a card and the people where really mean and nasty toward my group, we were trying to find a way to pay but they wouldn't even talk to us, that one blonde pixie cut girl is mean she was saying stuff under her breath like we couldn't hear her, overall a bad experience, don't come unless you white and old

Very nice place and great service early on BUT took a group of 16 there and was told we had to leave at 10 which had not previously been shared. There was a VIP group coming in supposedly. We were shoved out the door in the cold, treated very rudely and it really looked like they were closing and there was no one else coming. It ruined the fun night! It was blamed on the manager but I question that. I will never forget how the bartender treated me. Won’t be back!

Not the best. Food was good and service was friendly when we got it but game kept freezing and skipping turns.

I want to start by saying the staff, atmosphere, and food was amazing. I reserved a private lane for 2 hours. The front staff as well as bartender took amazing care of us and gave me a birthday shot that was delicious I think the guy said it was birthday cake. I love bowling and chose to celebrate my dirty 30 bowling with friends.

If you plan to have a bigger bill I suggest paying in cash. My bank takes out pending charges. I woke up from a fun night out to having two charges (one charge was pre tip and the second was with the tip I added). For someone that budgets to the penny it caused a huge financial strain for a week while waiting for one of the charges to be credited back.

The manager did call and apologize for their system as it does this when closing out tickets. He did also mention they are working on getting a new one.
Just feel like people should know so they can determine to use cash or card.

Great place

The Dust Bowl Lanes in Tulsa was great. For a special occasion, we reserved our own lane in the back and had drink and food service as well as being able to Bluetooth our own music. It was a top night and for a reasonable price.

This place is amazing in every way! The nostalgia of their decor is spot on for bowling! Staff and service on point. Best I’ve had in forever. If you’re in okc and like bowling this is the spot !

Got together with several old friends from college unfortunately not for the most fun reason as one of our group passed away, but we decided it was only fair to celebrate their life together and we did it here. Had good beers and food it was a great place to sit down reminisce about good time. We didn't bowl so I can not comment on that but lots of other people did. Now the food was excellent. The totchos with pulled pork were amazing. The fries and the pretzel also hit the spot. All my friends loved the beer.

Best experience we’ve had here because our server/bartender/bowling attendant Emma (yes, she did it all) was so spectacular!!! Emma gave stellar service…remembered every customer’s name…wasn’t annoyed by our annoying children. 100/10

Great time at Dust Bowl. Simple set up, fun time with friends. Decent pricing, and a calming environment.

Communication Failure.
Reservations are more important than I thought. I tried booking online for Wednesday evening bowling but received a notification that I'd have to call instead, no other details. I assumed it was because our group might be too large. I called the Friday before, no answer and no option to leave a message. I called on Monday, no answer. I called again on Tuesday and finally got an answering machine. I left detailed information about our birthday party plans for Wednesday. No call back. Our group drove between 20 and 40 miles to be told the lanes were closed for a league night. A note while booking online would have saved us gas and the disappointment.

Love the environment, really appreciate the customer service, and that private room is awesome. If you’re a semi-pro bowler one of the complaints I heard was not enough oil on the floors but for amateurs, it doesn’t matter just there to have a good time. Good environment, good food, and nice spot after a long weekend.

Such a fun place! Love the punch bowl, service is perfect. Can’t wait to take the whole family.
