They literally have so many employees here and took 20min to get through the line and I swear itâs always like this here.

The slowest Dutch Bros in history. Waited a half hour for my coffee.

Great Coffee awesome staff
I visited this location for the first time. The drive thru sign said to âchoose the shortest lineâ so I did. When I pulled up closer, the drive thru worker JOE completely ignored me and only took the orders for the cars in the longer line. He didnât instruct me to wait, or say anything to me that indicated I was in the wrong line⊠even though there werenât any signs saying to only stay in one lane. He even told the car behind me that he wasnât going to take my order & he continued to take everyoneâs order besides mine. Customer service was very disappointing especially since I was excited to try the drinks. I will not be recommending this location.

Dutch is good coffee for the area, I grew up spoiled in the Seattle area with high-end private brew and Seattle exclusives. So Dutch is right on par with the lower end of Seattle coffee, which is a compliment, no one else gets this close. Starbucks is not the number one of the Seattle area. The private stands have always been the standard. I will take Dutch over Starbucks anyday, though.

My wife and I went there this morning. Not busy at all. I ordered a 911 light chocolate and my wife ordered a hazelnut latte with whipped cream. I have no idea what I got but it wasn't a 911. It had loads of chocolate and my wife's didn't have cream. When we said something to them she caught an attitude. We literally waited 5 mintues for a drink. The black girl was moving so slow and the other girl didn't seem to care. Hopefully the manager catches this lack of attention.

Drinks were interesting for a first visit, much more on the milk and sugar side even though your not tasting that coffee, you're feeling it !

Coffee is much better than Starbucks and the people are so friendly. Love it.
Parking: There is only like 8 spots to park and employees have to use them also but most people drive thru.

They used to be good. If you like their blended drinks, they're all right. Though they're hot drinks, they can't get them right. You might as well go to scooters.

I got a strawberry/ boba drink and asked for no ice because I work outside and didnât want it watered down. The cup they gave me was only filled a tiny bit more then half wayâŠ. Yet had to pay whole price for not a full drink that I paid for.
I really like this place. The golden eagle is my favorite.
Only negative is this:
Why do I feel pressured to tip when I pull up to the window to place my order? Not a big fan of being asked to tip when I am in a drive thru at the window. I get it when someone is walking around outside taking orders from cars in line but seems out of line when I am at the window placing my order.
