Would give 5 stars, but something needs to be done about Sarah’s attitude. My husband and I came through and she came out to get our order. Didn’t say hi or anything, just “what do you want”. I gave her my order, however, we’re trying to get my husband off of energy drinks, so we wanted drink recommendations for him. So I politely told her that I’ll need to ask Lacee about his drink. (My husband and I are friends with Lacee and the other Sarah). This Sarah then looks at me with an attitude and says “you really don’t know what you want to order?”. So I looked at her and said once again, “we are going to get a drink recommendation from our friend Lacee”. She then sighed with an attitude and stormed off.
In my opinion, if an interaction as simple as taking an order causes so much irritation for a person, they probably shouldn’t be doing it. I’ve worked at a few chain coffee shops myself. I know that there are customers that aren’t polite and the job isn’t always easy, but this is the second time that my husband and I have had an interaction like this with her and it really puts a bad look on this Dutch bros location. The only reason we still return is because of Lacee, Sarah, and the rest of the crew who has been so sweet to us. As for Sarah, something needs to be done about her attitude.

The drinks are always good, and the baristas are nice, but they are pretty consistently understaffed. Be prepared to spend up to 20 minutes in the drive thru.

Annabell is the best Broista ever! Always remembers our conversations from the previous days and knows my order by heart. She knows how to make my morning stop be worth much more than a cup of coffee! Getting to talk to her makes the morning stop so much better, I think I my like her more than my golden eagle

We sat in line for 10 min while the server talked with the car ahead. We are from White Settlement, TX, none of our Dutch Bros are bad at service. This is ridiculous. Don't go here !!! Try another one.
The girl who took my order had a nasty attitude she has short pink hair she was giving dirty looks at me I felt confused by it I wasn’t being rude I usually go to the Dutch bros on Reno but I was closer to this one and I will be avoiding it. But the coffee was great I always love the coffee!

Dutch Bros has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember—my mom was raised in Grants Pass, Oregon, so it’s basically in our blood at this point. Anytime I’m near a stand, it’s an automatic stop.
I love seeing Dutch Bros making its way out to places like Oklahoma and Texas… but seriously, who do I have to befriend to get one in Abilene?! I’m not kidding—Abilene needs this kind of energy.
Their coffee never misses. From the classics to the wild seasonal drinks, everything is delicious and customizable. And it’s not just for coffee lovers—Dutch Bros has something for everyone, including energy drinks, teas, smoothies, and kid-friendly options.
Between the drinks, the vibes, and the people, it’s always a good time. Dutch Bros isn’t just a coffee stop—it’s a little dose of joy in a cup.

When you have a line of vehicles wrapped around the building, you need to have somebody out there taking orders as well because you’re missing out on money doing one car at a time at the window. I waited for over 15 minutes and the line and had seven cars in front of me and didn’t move once this is exactly why I go to the one off at 2:40 on the southside
