Very disappointed this time through. This location is usually very good and the people are friendly. Not this trip. I was told I couldn't get my coffee the way I always get it. Then when the girl taking orders outside came in to tell about another customer who cut the line, she noticed my cup had less ice than normal, and picked it up with her finger inside my cup and proceeded to complain about me. On top of all that, my cup wasn't even filled up like usual. I'm very disappointed this trip.

Easily the worst Dutch Bros I've ever been to. Maybe this store is understaffed, or maybe the workers just don't care. All the staff were inside doing one order at a time instead of taking orders outside like usual (it's a beautiful, warm day). Waited 30 minutes before just giving up and leaving.

Don't ask for light ice unless you want 25% of your cup empty. I wasn't asking for you to make a medium in a large cup I just didn't want you to pack it so full of ice like you always do.

Don’t come here if you’re in a hurry or on lunch break. Drive a few more minutes to another location it will actually save you more time than trying to get a drink here. Every other location I have been to they take multiple orders at a time but not here. They do one order at a time, resulting in a minimum 20 minute wait. Today I waited 40 minutes for my drink. (Not by choice, I got stuck in line with no way out) When I finally got to the window to even place my order, they were moving slow and for some reason it takes two people to make one drink at a time. I was happy to finally be out of there, just to sip a grainy, flavorless drink. Didn’t want to bother waiting another 40 minutes to go through the line again to get a better one. I’ve worked plenty of service jobs like this and try to be open minded but this location is just lazy.
