Very slow drive thru. Skip this one

Is it okay to tickle a while to get through the drive-thru and the drink was just all right. For the smoothie/ thick drinks

Such an easy and enjoyable process.
I was waiting quite a while in the drive through lane and instead of taking my order she took the order of someone who just drove up. When I asked why she said it doesn’t matter how long you have been line. Be prepared to wait especially in the drive through. I will probably choose other locations.
The coffee is fine. There is no point in ordering ahead because they just make it once you get there,(after waiting in line) just like you didn't order ahead. They say it's because it's so busy but it's literally everytime.
Got my Strawberry Smoothie here and it was tasty, worth buying and great to enjoy for breakfast. This location is a good place to grab a good drink and service.

Service was great but I've yet to find a coffee here that I like. It's like the cold Brew has zero coffee flavor and their espresso is missing that full body espresso flavor.
Sadly I ordered a SF white chocolate, white coffee w/white milk and the person out in chocolate milk. Absolutely disgusting. Who does that!! Won’t be back cause not worth the money it costs to get wrong order.

Drinks are always made pretty well. But can we please figure out a better system for the drive thru lanes? I pull in the shortest lane, sit for about ten minutes, then watch four people pull into the other lane. Even though I've sat for 10+ minutes at this point, AND I placed a mobile order, the cars that just pulled in are helped first and directed to pull in front of me. I don't blame the customers, or the employees. But even the workers seem agitated and flustered by the customer flow.
EDIT:
They have started to tackle to lane issue by telling each car who they'll be behind after taking their order. This is working great so far! Although I still wish they could tell which car pulls in first.
