I’m not sure why Okies need something new when they can get perfectly delicious ribs, sides, and iced tea at Earls! It was kind of interesting that it’s run by mostly Latinos now! They know how to do it!!
Here are my thoughts on what I ordered:
Deviled eggs: 3 eggs for $6, flavorless 3/10
Earlapenos: seemed weird to have a jalapeño with no cream cheese, but that’s just me 7/10
Brisket: Dry and bland 3/10
Chicken: Tastes like it was smoked with butane, very off putting 2/10
Sausage: cooked well and flavorful 8/10
Ribs: 6/10 they were okay, kinda bland and had a similar butane taste to the chicken.

Very good service !!! They got our order wrong and when we said something they were very polite and fixed our order as well as giving us the other order and were very polite the whole time
