10 minutes waiting for them to serve us and like 4 women doing nothing I don't know if we had to stop to ask for the menu or I don't know but they let us stand waiting for service they didn't even greet us when we entered very very bad customer service

This is really good and as I haven't been to El Salvador I can't comment if it is truly authentic or more of a blend for American taste buds.
Staff if great and greet you when you come inside. Store is clean and the service is prompt

I enjoyed trying Salvadorian food, and really enjoyed the fried papusas with the pickled cabbage. It's one of those places you should go try and see if you like to too.

Not all the food is good, some people are friendly, others don't pay attention to you... but the worst thing is the waiting time, it's too long, an hour to wait for a pupusa or a dish. Literally an hour and more they should expedite since here time is money... it is a simple comment for you to take into account the waiting time here is extremely wasteful of time

I wanted to try something new and decided to come here locally to feel at home. Service is absolutely disrespectful. You’ll only get good service from these woman if you’re a man. I Sat at my table for almost an hour before I received my appetizer or even a drink refill. We were the only ones there at the time. I received my meal before my appetizer even after telling waitress I wanted them before my meal. While we were eating a different waitress came and asked if I wanted plátanos thinking they were complementary because of the wait till it was time to pay and I was being charged for him. I rather go to el buen gusto over this establishment. Then when it was time for me to pay she seen me waiting in line yet asked the man behind me if he was ready to pay. Disgusting behavior coming from older woman. I hope management will address this because I am sure I’m not the only woman who has felt this way.

What bad service they have, I called to order some pupusas and the person who took my order didn't write them down and I come to pick them up and she wants to give me what she thinks they are and she still comes out angry if they don't write down the orders, it's her problem. I I'm not going to eat pupusas that I don't like just to please the cook. They should give her customer service training. Here we buy non-Nordic products, nothing on credit or for free ?

I ordered popusas, the waitresses are not helpful at all, they do not have good customer service, they are not friendly, the food is not bad, I am Mexican and they have different flavors, I would have liked the experience to be better

Every time I come there’s 3 ladies. They cook and serve and clean. They’re super kind and friendly. The food is great ! I love their pupusas. Made from scratch. My issue is having to call in my order, the phone line rings with no answer & the parking lot is awful.
