El Majahual Authentic Salvadorean Food

El Mejor! These ladies are amazing! Let me explain, It’s typically three ladies (one extra person helping from time to time) who do everything, six days a week. This place stays busy. With understanding of that, hopefully some of you all can have more patience. Food is always fresh, the ladies show love no matter how busy and hectic their days are. It is very consistent. Vibe with them.

My company catered some food in for us this week and it was simply amazing! Everything tastes so fresh and authentic. I will definitely have to come by.

The food is very delicious but one day we went and it had opening hours. We arrived about half an hour later and the staff was barely arriving

10 minutes waiting for them to serve us and like 4 women doing nothing I don't know if we had to stop to ask for the menu or I don't know but they let us stand waiting for service they didn't even greet us when we entered very very bad customer service

This is really good and as I haven't been to El Salvador I can't comment if it is truly authentic or more of a blend for American taste buds.
Staff if great and greet you when you come inside. Store is clean and the service is prompt

I enjoyed trying Salvadorian food, and really enjoyed the fried papusas with the pickled cabbage. It's one of those places you should go try and see if you like to too.

Not all the food is good, some people are friendly, others don't pay attention to you... but the worst thing is the waiting time, it's too long, an hour to wait for a pupusa or a dish. Literally an hour and more they should expedite since here time is money... it is a simple comment for you to take into account the waiting time here is extremely wasteful of time

I wanted to try something new and decided to come here locally to feel at home. Service is absolutely disrespectful. You’ll only get good service from these woman if you’re a man. I Sat at my table for almost an hour before I received my appetizer or even a drink refill. We were the only ones there at the time. I received my meal before my appetizer even after telling waitress I wanted them before my meal. While we were eating a different waitress came and asked if I wanted plátanos thinking they were complementary because of the wait till it was time to pay and I was being charged for him. I rather go to el buen gusto over this establishment. Then when it was time for me to pay she seen me waiting in line yet asked the man behind me if he was ready to pay. Disgusting behavior coming from older woman. I hope management will address this because I am sure I’m not the only woman who has felt this way.

amazing food for a low price. it does take a bit to get but since it's an open kitchen you can see them make your food as you order it!

Excellent place, very good food Carla, very friendly and very good cooking and everything I love the passion fruit water I will go again

Kid-friendliness: I liked that they have warnings about going to the toilet with children, many restaurants do not have them.
