I went again and this time it was very different, they served me immediately, it took them logically, since the food is made to order, it is not refrigerated or frozen, and that is the difference that I look for when I eat in restaurants of this type, Therefore I know and accept that they take their time, but the big difference is that I did not feel ignored, since we arrived they told us to take a seat and we will serve you immediately. And so it was, and while we were waiting, they were always attentive and told us we are already working on the order, they brought us the drinks, in short it was very different, on this occasion the same as on the previous occasions, they were professional and made us feel cared for.Definitely nothing to do with the previous week's experience.
The waitress only saw us enter, after more than 10 minutes I stopped to look at the menu and even then no one came to greet us much less take the order. They only had 1 table and after almost 25 minutes after we arrived, another table arrived and they were greeted with:Right now I'm bringing you the letter...He took them the menu and THEN came to take our order. They didn't have atol.

First time trying an El Salvadoran breakfast and it was good.? The menu had photos and the prices were reasonable. This place is somewhat close to the airport on the south side of the city. The staff was friendly and the food was hot. Their tortillas were delicious but, a little too thick (I’m Mexican and ours are thinner). My companion is E.S. and she said that that’s the way they are, VERY good though.?Parking: The parking is a little tight but, I got here at the right time (Sunday morning).

Food is worth the 4 hour drive for our family! Good service and friendly staff!Cheese Pupusa - Salvadorian Food - Tamales Salvadoreños y pupusas revueltas!
This restaurant is in "the Ghetto", so to speak. It is not your typical Mexican food fare but El Salvadoran quisine. Not much on the menu to choose from, but the Papusa's are very good. Its like a pita bread but stuffed with your choice of meats, beans and cheese, then grilled on a hot griddle to perfection. I recommend ordering only 1, 2 if you are starving as they are very filling. Comes with a side of pickled slaw which was very complimentary. Price was a little high for what we ordered and service was not great. Recommend if you want to try El Salvadoran food and aren't afraid of the ghetto and trying something new

Good delicious food and great service, very good place nice
Had lunch here today and just had the papusas. The food was excellent. Hand made, authentic, hot, and you can tell they were made by a mom who makes the exact same food at home. The staff was friendly, and efficient. They took pride in the compliments I gave them for such a great lunch. I hope more folks appreciate how good their food is.The slaw topping is fresh, zesty and vinegary, The mild sauce is flavorful and mild and the hot sauce was hot and totally different from the mild, but both elevated the papusas flavor. We'll be back, for sure.

And just when we thought we had been to every great Latino restaurant in Oklahoma City, we found the best one.
