Customer service over the phone is terrible. They pick up the phone and leave you on hold for a long time. To top it off, when they finally answer, they treat you with a terrible attitude. I only asked about the type of hamburgers and they respond as if you were asking for something for free!

Today I bought a hamburger, the fries were not only reheated but also the hamburger was cold, horrible, I won't go back to that place, they think you don't realize the crap they sell you!!!

I took a star off for service because I asked the hostess if the offered refills on their aguas frescas and she said yes, but then I went and asked for one and was told I had to pay for another drink so the was disappointing.
