Yesterday Saturday 12 of December I did purchase 16 pounds of menudo for a family gathering., el rodeo for years has been my favorite meat market. Very disappointed for what I get this time, after cooking it the meat pieces become to be crumbs a bunch of very tiny pieces of meat and reduced to a very small portion that means that a big portion of the weight was ice , ice .....and also whoever prosses the cut was an inexperienced butcher. This are the factors that bring businesses down. I am very disappointed. My recipient is a 10 by 2.5 inches and that's all I get of cooked menudo for 16 pounds including the pata.........
