El Taco Express offers a fantastic menu with consistently delicious food. Their frijole y queso burrito is a favorite, although portion sizes can vary. The carne burritos are tasty and filling, served with rice, beans, and crema. The red and green salsas are both great. The prices are reasonable, and the service is much improved, making it a must-visit taco truck.
