I liked that they offered ginger ale, but it had too much sugar.
I ordered a small Americano. Fabulous!

It can get a little hectic and intimidating for people used to Starbucks-type places (The name calling system can be confusing, not the optimal line configuration when busy, kitchen limited hours, allows dogs) once you overcome this some of the quirks become endearing.
I see the same regulars often. Okie's of all variety studying, eating, chatting. The Chai latte is heavily spiced which I like.
I'm guessing ownership/management is nice to employees. I see the off-duty employees come in and hang out a lot.

OKC has a killer third wave scene, but, Elemental Coffee has to be #1. Single-origin coffee on espresso. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. This place is the real deal!

Pretty busy Sunday morning, but great drinks and friendly vibe.
I got the orange blossom iced latte - a unique syrup option that was really good! Not overly sweet.

I have been to Elemental countless times and each time I genuinely want to enjoy it…but the staff is pretentious, impatient and rude. You can’t dare to ask a question because it will inconvenience the staff so terribly that they will sigh and eye roll. Just within the last 3 times I popped in (due to convenience and proximity), my order has been made incorrectly, my food was cold and the staff was rude as hell. It’s truly such an unpleasant experience. And unfortunately each of my coworkers share the same sentiment. When there are many options for coffee, you would think the Elemental staff would try harder to be warm and inviting. Oh, and let’s not forget the pompous lack of prices on their signage. Get ready to break the bank for a shitty, acidic cup of coffee and bland food. If you’re reading this, turn around and give your business to one of the many other local spots with friendly people, comfortable atmosphere and great coffee.

Extremely overpriced for very basic drinks and not great food. Made one of us the wrong drink and didn’t offer to make the one we ordered just said “oh that’s my bad..” two of the barista‘s were blaming us for the wrong order before the lady who took our order apologized because it was her fault. Never offered to remake the drink. The food was genuinely not worth the price.

I recently visited this coffee shop during the busy holiday weekend, but unfortunately, my experience was far from positive.
Upon entering, I was met with an unwelcoming atmosphere. The staff at the register did not greet us and came across as rude and unpleasant. A simple smile or acknowledgment would have made a big difference.
When my girlfriend and I placed our coffee orders, the barista didn’t announce the drinks or call out our names. With multiple customers waiting, this created confusion about whose drinks were ready. When I asked for clarification about our order, the barista responded with just a nod, which felt dismissive.
As we left, I made an effort to thank the staff, saying, “Thank you all!” but received no acknowledgment in return. It felt as though they weren’t interested in providing a friendly or inviting customer experience.
To make matters worse, the iced chai my girlfriend ordered was undrinkable—easily a 0/10—and we ended up throwing it away.
Overall, the environment seemed hostile, and the customer service was disappointing. Businesses thrive on treating customers with kindness and respect, and sadly, that was lacking here. I left dissatisfied and do not plan on returning

I had high expectations based on many positive reviews. We ordered two pieces of quiche, they were very good although they took quite a while to reheat and bring out to us. We ordered two pour over Ethiopian coffees, they were $7.50 each, pretty expensive for a cup of coffee. I took one sip and found it literally undrinkable. I spit it out. It was bitter and sour tasting. Literally the worst cup of coffee I’ve had in my life. (Sometimes I get the free coffee at IKEA as a member and find it a little bitter, but at least it’s free. ) I looked up what causes this sourness and the best guess is under extracted coffee. If coffee is either not roasted long enough or the water is not allowed to brew in the beans long enough you end up with the bitter part of the coffee and you don’t ever get the sweet full flavor that comes out with longer roasting or slower pour overs. My guess is one of these causes of under extraction is what happened with my particular cup. My husband ordered the exact same thing and had the same issue, he found it drinkable with a lot of cream. I don’t know if we just had an off day or if this is their style. I’m sure some people like this, but it absolutely is not for us. Especially for $15 and a tip. Good food, cute coffee cups, terrible coffee.
Visited OKC for work and am a self-proclaimed coffee snob. WOW. The coffee here was phenomenal and the service matched it! It was so good that I stopped on my way to the airport (I didn’t realize it is also available in the airport!). I’ll be ordering beans to PA!
