Brazil – Fazenda Do Salto
Candied pecans, cocoa, smooth. Producer - Fabio Arauja Reis. Origin - Minas Gerais, Brazil. Rainforest Alliance certified. Natural process. Roast - mediumish.
Cold Brew Blend
Milk chocolate, rich, creamy. Natural process Brazil, natural process Ethiopia, roast - dark. We taste - Chocolate, butterscotch, smooth. Fan of cold brew? Us too! That's why we created our cold brew blend! Consisting of two excellent origins: Brazil brings chocolate & a nutty counterbalance, while Ethiopia brings a fruity sweetness, reminiscent of dates & citrus. Brew 1:1. Coffee: Water for traditional cold brew or double the coffee for a cold brew concentrate. Drink it black or pair with your favorite milk beverage.
Colombia – Jairo Aviles Microlot
Apple juice, crispy acidity, approachable. Certification - Organic, fair trade. Producer - Jairo Aviles. Origin - Tolima, Colombia. Washed process. Varietal - Caturra. Roast - Light to medium.

Watermelon, strawberry jam, summer. Origin - Sidama, Ethiopia. Producer - 300 Smallholder Farms. Natural process. Varietal - Heirloom. Roast - light.
Guatemala – Finca Los Dos Socios Microlot
Black tea, lemon, pear, balanced. Origin - Huehuetenango, Guatemala. Producer - Concepcion Villatoro Matias. Varietal - Caturra, pache, pacamara. Washed process. Roast - lightish.
Nicaragua -Cascara Coffee Cherry Tea (6 oz.)
Coffee cherry tea. Fruity, hibiscus, sweet. Producers - The Mierisch family. Origin - Yasica Sur, Nicaragua. Farm - Limoncillo. Varietal - Red bourbon. Cascara is a coffee cherry tea, made from the fruit of the coffee plant. While coffee is the seed of the coffee cherry, the fruit itself is removed & often discarded as a by-product of the processing needed to remove the seed from the fruit. Some farmers will reincorporate the husk into their composting, however, cascara also makes a delicious & healthy tea-like beverage which contains caffeine & a high level of antioxidants. It's great for drinking (Obvs), baking with & for some extra coffee inception, try steeping it with your cold brew! Brew with water just off boil at 30 parts water to 1 part cascara for 4-6 minutes
Rwanda – Ibisi Mountain Lot 596
Red wine, cherry, raspberry, cane sugar. Producer - Bernard Uwitije. Origin - Southern Nyamagabe, naturally processed microlot. Roast - lightish. Elevation - 1700 MASL.

It steams just like dairy, creating a micro-foam worthy of your latte art skills. Made with quality ingredients, this oat milk is also great for coffee non-professionals. Baratza Encore Grinder
Burrs: 40 mm conical grind. Adjustment: 40 adjustment settings can quickly adjust from fine for espresso to coarse for French press. The grind range is from 250 to 1200 microns. Motor: A powerful, high torque DC motor effortlessly drives the burrs. This motor turns slowly resulting in cool, quiet operation and permits long grinding duty-cycles. The circuitry is equipped with an automatically resetting, thermal cutoff switch. Calibration: An innovative burr calibration system ensures that each grinder has the full range of grind. If necessary, the grinders can be user calibrated. Speed Control: With unique speed control, the encore uses a combination of gear and electronic speed reduction to control the rotation of the burr to 450 RPM. The electronic speed controller is adjustable from 405 to 495 RPM in the event that specific user conditions require modification of the speed. It can get a little hectic and intimidating for people used to Starbucks-type places (The name calling system can be confusing, not the optimal line configuration when busy, kitchen limited hours, allows dogs) once you overcome this some of the quirks become endearing.

I see the same regulars often. Okie's of all variety studying, eating, chatting. The Chai latte is heavily spiced which I like.

I got the orange blossom iced latte - a unique syrup option that was really good! Not overly sweet.

Visited OKC for work and am a self-proclaimed coffee snob. WOW. The coffee here was phenomenal and the service matched it! It was so good that I stopped on my way to the airport (I didn’t realize it is also available in the airport!). I’ll be ordering beans to PA!
