there was a long line upon entering the establishment. I waited in line and when it was my turn to order they skipped over me. The person in front of me was served and the person behind me was served. I finally said something and was told to get in the back of the line. I was treated very poorly.

Personnel looks mad almost every time but snacks and tepache are just so good that I can handle the bad attitude from the Personnel because it's always busy because it's so good 👍

Fui a comprar un churro de fresa y que asco me dió de verdad. Lo tire a la basura. Parecía piedra y recalentado en el microondas y que llevaba una semana adentro del refri agarrando sabores podridas. Hubieras visto la cara de mi amigo cuando lo probó y creía que yo exageraba jajaja....a poco no prueban la comida antes de servirlo a los clientes? Por favor no es x ser mala pero Jack in the Box tiene mejores churros. Muy rico los elotes y aguas de sabor pero los churros les doy un -10/10 me siento muy decepcionada y triste. 😞

The place is ok not very much things, customer service was bad I asked to see the menu and they just start laughing/giggling. I feel like they could do a little better.
The address is incorrect, I wanted to order elote for a company potluck so I called before hand and ordered and paid ahead when I arrived to the location it was an empty lot. I requested a refund they were very friendly since they don’t speak English they set me up with someone who spoke English and they actually delivered it to me!!! 20 minutes out of the way. I have to say the best customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time. The elite was delicious btw!
