Took too long for the food to be brought out, and the food wasn't fully cooked through
Was seated at a table that was against the wall with a part out about 5 inches. Had to move table out to pull chair out to sit. Ordered off menu since the Valentine special wasn't gluten free option Ordered chicken salad and chicken breast meal Salad was brought out with no chicken. Never received chicken for salad. Chicken breast was dry and flavor was bad. Waitress felt so bad for food she deleted meals off our ticket We left her a very good tip She was a very good waitress even before taking off price of meals. At a hotel so it's not really romantic setting for a date night. Just if your staying at the hotel would be convenient for staying there to eat.
The low rating was not due to an actual evaluation of the restaurant. The times noted on the website did not reflect the exact hours of the restaurant, so we could not dine as planned as the restaurant was at 11:00 AM, the time of our reservation, and would not reopen until 4:00 PM. The restaurant staff helped secure another dining opportunity at a nearby local restaurant, which was wonderful.
What a great place for lunch with the family!

Service was impeccable, and the appetizers were delicious and fresh. We ordered the NY Strip and Ribeye, both were lacking in flavor, no seasoning or marinade. Same with the veggies. Desserts were excellent.
$20 breakfast buffet was out of bacon the entire time. Its the exact same breakfast they serve for free at every hotel. I had reservations for a nice brunch and was extremely disappointed. Loud. Leave yourself. Nothing was clean.

Went here on a whim. My Son wanted to go to Embers in Broken Arrow, but I heard such great things about The OKC Ember, that we just had to try it out!! Absolutely Marvelous!!! Will Definitely be going back soon!! ?

I made this reservation for Valentine's Day dinner. When we arrived, the hostess advised that they had developed a one-choice-only dinner menu for $79.99/person. That is quite a bit more expensive than what is on the regular menu. There was no notification of this change prior to our arrival at the restaurant. It did look like a nice place and I would have enjoyed dinner there, but I do not appreciate the bait-and-switch that they tried to pull on us on a special occasion. We did not stay, but rather went to one of our favorite restaurants down the street.
The Embers needs a makeover. There was no hostess, the bartender seated us and got our waters while we waited for the line waitress to come take our drink and food orders. The staff was friendly and we conversed but there was hardly anyone in the restaurant and again two people working the entire restaurant. Before we left a group had come in, I hope they weren't in a hurry.

The staff was curteous and helpful. The food options were plentiful, but the buffet food quality was not $59 a person good. Guess the surcharge for Christmas day. This was a $35 meal at best. I was also surprised there was not any alcohol. The bar is there, but no bloody mary or wine. Again, the staff and service were great, and the food was fair.
The buffet had several empty offerings - salad, desert table, appetizer area. Our water was never refilled, and we were offered nothing for drink/tea options. We were seated directly by the breakfast station when the restaurant was 50% empty. When we asked to be moved we were moved in front of a door people were going in and out of. And what type of Christmas buffet doesn't have green beans? Service was awful, food at best average. Won't be visiting again and definitely will not recommend to any acquaintance or friend.
Are you kidding me? No rolls or pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving Day Brunch? Tablecloths were not regularly changed before new families were seated. The pastry area was a disaster area .... Pies and cakes did not look very appetizing as pies and cakes were mostly in shambles!!! Never again
2nd year we've dined at Embers Thanksgiving Buffett. The first year (2022) had a huge variety of good food and service was acceptable. This year was awful. There were far lesser items selections from previous year and the food was disappointing. Service also suffered. Not sure what changed to result in such a failure but we will be rethinking our plans for next year.
We were there for the Thanksgiving brunch. We were there several years ago and it was great. This time it was just OK. There was no salt or pepper on the table. There were no rolls. My husband has a restricted diet so he planned to have an omelette but they did not have that set up until we were almost finished. The service was mediocre. We were in the room behind the curtains so felt cut off. All in all it was not the same experience as in the past.
