Absolutely exceptional food, service, and atmosphere. Servers were friendly, music was great, and the food was so good. Best dumplings and steam buns I've ever had.

The services was very good, the food wasn’t my cup of tea. Got fried rice, pho and the beef lo mian. Fried rice was just rice and eggs and veggies no soy sauce or oyster sauce. The pho and the lo mian were oddly sweet. But the service we got was definitely top tier! Both lady’s were so kind.

Had dinner here tonight. This was my second visit and it was just as good as the first time. The pork fried rice is so dang good! They cut the pork into small cubes and combined with the seasoning, it's just really tasty! The turnip cake is also a fave. I ordered it again tonight. That's what the second pic is. It's strips of turnips with little pieces of the bbq pork and other yumminess cut into rectangles and pan fried. So good! Pic 3 is custard buns with pic 6 showing the inside. It's sweet and eggy goodness. Pic 4 is the pork shumai that I ordered last time. We ordered the Crab Paste Soup Dumplings tonight and we liked them better! We also ordered the "pan fried meat and vegetable buns." A large, sweet bao bun with a large ball of seasoned pork inside, steamed. The juice inside is really tasty but I personally wasn't a fan of the texture of the meat. That's my issue though. No reflection on the restaurant. The service is excellent though be advised that each item comes out separately or maybe two at a time but for the most part, it takes time for your entire order to arrive so be careful and don't scarf down all of the first couple of items or you'll be too full for the rest...lol! Also be advised that pretty much everything comes 3 or more pieces to an order so be careful not to order too much food! It's easy to do because they have such a nice variety. For those who aren't familiar with this type of food, the staff are very helpful and can explain everything and answer questions, but I advise people to be adventurous, ask for the physical menu as opposed to scanning the QR code at the table because it has pictures of most of the items, and pick like 3 or 4 things that look good and jump in!
Bon appetit and if you see me out and about, please stop and say hi! I'm always down to meet new friends!

My new favorite dim sum and late night spot. I feel like not too many people realize they serve food until midnight on the weekdays and until 1-1:30 am on Fri/Sat. I'm a night owl so this is perfect for me. I love their pho (very flavorful broth and a huge portion of meat), bun bo hue (it's really good but not Grandma's good, it definitely hits the spot when I'm craving BBH in the middle of the night, but I think it just needs a little more shrimp paste & lemongrass chili satay), the taro puffs are my fave and are extra crispy, love the turnip cakes (I saw another review saying they're too soft in the middle? They're supposed to be soft and chewy inside??? Lol), rare beef salad is amazing and so wonderfully seasoned with bright acidity and tender rare beef, and the tripe is also good!
Service is also super friendly. This is my new favorite late night spot.
The meal was delightful, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. We particularly enjoyed the juicy shumai and the chicken feet, which were not as soft as those we have had elsewhere.

Empire Dimsum is a gem! The staff is incredibly friendly, always welcoming with warm smiles. Their Red Bean Sesame Balls are amazing—crispy on the outside, with a sweet, soft red bean filling inside. A must-try for sure!

Our new go to place! We had the fried rice, lo mein, flat noodles, and shaken beef. The plates were big enough to share! We loved the flat noodles and the crispy fried rice! The atmosphere was lively with pop/rap music. Clean. Delish! We will be back!

This is a great little gem. Hip modern vibe, great foods, and fantastic service.
The Vietnamese food here is great. Also huge portions.
Will definitely recommend this to all of my friends and will be coming back to try the Bo kho, bun Bo hue, and fish dishes

We first heard of this place through Instagram. We thought this was the best dim sum place at OKC. Price is more expensive than other dim sum restaurants though, but you get what you pay for. I love how the ordering and payment methods are electronic too, makes it so much easier and efficient.

Slow and quiet on a Tuesday night. Most items were quality & delicious and took little time to hit the table. Though I wanted the fried taro balls to be better, they were dried out on the outside. Even still, I enjoyed everything else.

SO excited to have this Dim Sum restaurant in OKC. Ever since having dim sum in NYC for the first time I’ve been anxiously awaiting a great restaurant to open up in my hometown. This place did not disappoint. The shumai was my favorite followed by the shrimp garlic dumpling. Huge menu options with something for everyone! Can’t wait to return!

My family and I had a fantastic time here. The customer service was great, and I loved that we could order and split the payment online right at our table. The food was delicious and full of flavor. I enjoyed all of the dishes, but the chicken feet were my favorite.
