Jaret and Brittany are both so knowledgeable about the products they provide. Not only do they give you a casual welcoming environment to come in to, but a delicious and healthy alternative to energy drinks and junk food. I literally go EVERY day. Did I mention I have lost 87 lbs. since Oct. 2022....I would call that a bonus for sure.

This place is awesome. The shakes and teas are delicious and healthy, but the welcoming atmosphere and customer service make this the best shake shop around! Their kindness is contagious!

Empower nutrition instantly felt like home. As a traveler it was imperative that I found a place to relax and enjoy my time and meet some of the best people in OKC or possibly the world. It was amazing to be surrounded by people focused on their health and well-being and supporting each other to be better in every way. I could not have dreamed up a better place to land and rest my wings. Thanks B and Jared, yall are lifesavers.

I love this place! I've had the Sexy Beach and the Elvis and I'm obsessed with both but I don't think they sell anything less than delicious ?

The first time in, clean environment. Nlttle spot to grab a drink ahwv conversation! my tea was amazing. Will definitely be back. Jarret was amazing and very welcoming.

The new owners are spectacular and I love the ideas they have in mind to make this location a comfortable hang out for the community. The tea taste great without being too strong and I love that they offer it with club soda so I can get the refreshing bubbly fix I used to crave from pop.

1010 recommend the environment is so welcoming and the owners are so knowledgeable in all the products I will definitely be returning!
