We had an alumni event at Fassler Hall. They had assorted appetizers. We didn't get much to eat as it was picked over when we arrived but the food we had was good. They had many different beers on tap for Oktoberfest. It was busy and we had a wait for any service. They had outdoor games set up and it looked like a cool place to hang out if we had more time to stay.

The first time we went I thought this place was great! The food was good, the atmosphere was amazing and I love how open it was. The food was flavorful and had eye appeal. The barkeeer wasn't very friendly but the beer was good and so was the food.
The second time I went out was the opposite. The food, braut, had no flavor, like it was undercooked. My beer was a bit warm and the mug was dirty. But the staff was really friendly. Both times the flatwear was filthy. Either they just run it through the washer with no soap or they soak it and don't scrub them. Whichever, I'll ask for plastic next time.
The cooks on Tuesday seem to be better than the ones on Sunday. That's been my experience so far. I do plan on going back because it is a great space and the cucumber, tomato, and feta salad is the 💣

Great beer hall atmosphere. Had the bratwurst with kraut and mustard and a half order of duck fat fries with curry ketchup and mayo. Very tasty. I hadn't had curry ketchup since I lived in Germany, so that was a very nice surprise! I'm not a beer drinker, but they have so many beer options, many from Germany, that if you do like beer, you'll find something you like. I look forward to returning soon!

We were really looking forward to trying this place for our 1-year wedding anniversary, especially because my husband LOVES German food. Our appetizers and drinks came out quickly, so we were hopeful… but after that, the service went downhill fast. Our waiter walked by us at least half a dozen times without ever making eye contact, checking on us, or refilling our drinks. After sitting for about 20 minutes with four empty cups on the table, we finally left a $20 on the table and walked out. We even let another waiter know we were leaving, and there were no apologies or offers to make things right. The food itself seemed promising, but the service really needs improvement. Better attentiveness from the wait staff would make a huge difference.

Had the best time with friends last night! Food and service both great, I had the chicken schnitzel smothered with mushroom gravy and green beans on the side. That chicken was beautifully crispy and flavorful. I tried my husband's meatloaf sandwich, it was a just a little spicy and had a ton of flavor. We ate in the outdoor area and the kids ran around, played Jenga and ping pong while the adults talked. Overall great experience!

Waitress was very rude and inattentive (got my girlfriend’s order wrong, rolled her eyes when I asked for change, shorted me on said change) and the bathrooms were quite gross. Food was very mediocre. Can’t recommend this place.

So me and my son went here for this first time and I will say it was amazing. I ordered Duck Fat Fries with Mushroom Gravy and Gouda Cheese Sauce, this was phenominal and they made it special as I had this when I was stationed in Germany in the early 1990's. I also ordered the Schnitzel Dinner and it was very tender and filing and good. I had the sweet potato spätzle, and mind you I dislike sweet potatoes and this was very good and would order again. My son ordered a regular bratwurst sausage and he said it was very good. And for dessert I had the German Choclate Cheese Cake, this was fire! The atmosphere was reminiscent of the beer halls i frequented in Germany. Plenty of TV's for sports. Our server Ellis was great. We will be definately be going back soon! Oh and the prices are very reasonable.

We only received half the food, and waited almost 45 min to hear from out server that it must have been sent to the wrong table. If you're going to come don't come hungry or expecting quick service for anything other than alcohol.
