I was very excited to try this place with all the great reviews but I was not very impressed
First off the service was excellent, I believe I spoke with the owner or co-owner which was prior military and he was professional, courteous and had good conversation...he also made sure my food was freshly made since it was my first time there
I had a cheeseburger and fries and it was decent...wasn't great wasn't bad...so I have no complaints ..but I feel its more of a 3 star

One of my favorite spots! Today I tried something new and got the catfish basket and tater tots. I think the catfish is my new favorite. I usually get the old fashioned with garlic Parmesan tots. Whichever you choose on the menu will always be a good choice.

Stopped in today for a burger and fries. The gent at the front was super polite and friendly. The burger had the crispy edges I like and the veggies were on point. I also got a donut burger because duh. It slapped hard as well. I need to come back for the wings, someone else got those while I was there and they looked fire.

Went today with my two helpers,no one in there when we went in. I was the first to order and five more people including my helpers ordered after me and every one of them got there food before I did. My two helpers stopped eating so that they would not finish before my food arrived. Finally it came. Also, when I ordered I asked if the fries were fresh cut and was told they were, it turned that they were not fresh cut so the young woman didn't know but answered in the affirmative anyway ! We won't be going back we will unrecommend to anyone who may ask !

Walked into an empty building, the first to order of my group didn't get their food until 10-15 minutes AFTER the 2 groups before us ordered. No apologies or I'm sorry for your wait. We could've been done with our food 15 minutes before we were. The food wasn't bad but customer service is nonexistent. Not even worries about us as we are sitting waiting for our last burger. Didn't apologize or say goodbye on the way out.

Let me explain this 2 star rating. I give unbiased opinions and the truth sometimes stings. Customer service a 5 Atmosphere although mediocre still a 5 but let's talk about the food and can someone please explain the 4.7 star rating accept the fact that half the people look like they discovered a little seasoning on anything for the first time. First the extremely odd texture of the chicken wings I ordered with that made up peach something bbg sauce (just stop it) the $4 handful (literally) of fries (and I mean a child's handful) and the basic cheeseburger that the bun was the star (basic white bun) . Now I did the to go order and let's just say I'll do a better review.... Somewhere else
