Today I went here again for a second time,I got a hot Jasmine Green Tea and Michelle took my order ,she’s a very nice and kind person and i asked if I could have ginger and honey added to it this time and she did,it went very well with the jasmine green tea and tasted exceptionally good,this place is very good and authentic and i definitely will be back again. Thank you Michelle again for such exceptional service 😊

0/10 do not recommend. The girl taking our order was sooooo rude. When I had questions about the menu she gave us silence. So I would repeat my question and her answer was “uhhh idk” multiple times. I went with my family and I think it may have been because of the way we were dressed in our pjs, just wanted a quick snack. Will never return or recommend to anyone.

Woooww just not getting to read the other reviews and I guess I’m not the only one with this experience. The girl has had an attitude with muliple people now. It seems that the business doesn’t care because these other reviews were from 2 months ago and yet she’s still working there being miserable.

This location only has matcha foam and tiramisu foam on the weekend. No other Feng Cha I’ve been to does this. Owner must be saving pennies

Cute boba shop. I placed the order through kiosk which was quick and easy. Bursting dragon fruit is so fresh, not too sweet

I usually get my drink at this location everything was nice until today i came in and ask for 75% sweetness for my drink (2 orders). And the lady took my order had a bad attitude and the drink she made almost no state. I don’t feel any sweetness.
Additional edit: the lady she fill up my drink by water.
