Firehouse Subs N. MACARTHUR OKC

Firehouse is such a great sub! Blows subway out the water! Usually a to go order for me, but the food is always right and fresh. Priced reasonably and so tasty! This might be my new favorite sandwich shop. Oh and if you like Mac and cheese, they have some unusually good Mac. Creamy and cheesy.

Meatball sub , meatballs are clearly past the holding time . Yukk . If I hadn’t taken it to go , I’d have asked for my money back .

Great sandwiches and service. The harmonized all hands “Welcome to Firehouse” is a bit extreme and gets cringey after you hear it 50 times. I feel for the employees having to do that more than anything. Great store though.

Horrible I stood at the counter for ten minutes and had a white girl with dreads just standing in the corner and other employees hiding in the back this isn't the only location I've had problems at I'll never go to another fire house subs! I'll forever be a jimmy johns customer

This is genuinely one of the most dedicated staff I’ve ever seen. The whole building is packed with a line of 15 towards the order kiosk, every table filled, and drivers waiting for delivery. They are working so quick and diligently its impressive. Anyone who was working 11/11/25 at noon deserves a raise! I cannot imagine the stress within them and the fact that they are keeping calm and incredibly polite is amazing. I’m assuming its for veterans day because of the traffic. God bless this staff of wonderful and hard-working individuals

37 minutes for a sandwich at lunch is ridiculous, they were working on a large catering order, a little heads up that it’s gonna be 30+ minutes would be nice, we would have went somewhere else

One of the night crew staff was extremely rude. She first mumbled our order and when we couldn’t hear her she then proceeded to give us attitude. Didn’t have name tag on either so we couldn’t get a name. She was rude the entire time we ate. Kept staring at us and giving dirty looks. Saying stuff under her breath. My husband and I come to this fire house a lot and have never had this experience here. Very disappointing. If her attitude doesn’t get fixed we won’t be coming back anymore.
