Love me some Firehouse. However they have had a leaky faucet in men's bathroom for months. Not just leaky but a stream of water coming from faucet. Seems pretty wasteful to me. Hire a plumber.

Granted this is from Uber eats orders but the last 4 times I have ordered from here I have ordered a brownie every single time and it never arrives with my order. It the same order every time the brownie is clearly highlighted on the receipt and yet no brownie. I let it go till tonight but tonight was enough, and I called the store several times and no one answers the phone. I would love to give this place five stars but piss poor customer service is a no go

Every time I've eaten here it's been a very pleasant experience everyone was very nice and I love the new addition of the hot sauce bar. You guys also have the best restaurant chili I've had thus far. The first time I came I got the barbecue beef and cheddar sub I believe and then the second time I got the BLT and the cup of chili. I also tried the maple bourbon hot sauce and the pineapple hot sauce they were both very good. I love the idea that they support men and women that are on the front lines protecting our community all over the United States.

Firehouse has to be my favorite sub restaurant. The food is always great and the staff is friendly. Do yourself a favor and dine in so you can take advantage of the sauce bar!
