Aysa is so beautiful and sweet she helped me with the menu because I didn't have my glasses she absolutely made me feel so good when I was not in the best spirit but very hungry. I will always come here just for her she is an amazing young lady. Thank you Aysa for being a kind human being.

Went out for dinner tonight and just wanted to say that Alixandra I believe her name was is an amazing employee!! She was so polite and had fantastic customer service all while training someone. Love the example she set, hope to see her around more often as she went above and beyond with being so kind and attentive. I also want to say the food was cooked/made great tonight as well.

Of your gonna do a sub, firehouse is the place to go. Both locations here that I've been to are clean, friendly and make some killer subs

Yapping away, putting together orders very slowly. Some younger guy and an older woman or non-binary person with very short boy-cut hair. Some peoples jobs depend on this, I don’t have 5 minutes for you to laugh about and crack jokes, not even paying attention to orders.

I am not going to give a bad review based off of my preferences but you really need to stop with the honey everything. My work has ordered it a few times, with half of the people refusing to eat it because of your "sweet meat". We don't even say Firehouse anymore. When someone asks what we are having for lunch we just say "Sweet Meat". Please add some none honey options to your menu. I never went back once I realized it was honey everything but the sandwiches look amazing.

Hands down worst experience ever at an Firehouse, the smell when you open the front door was atrocious. Lost my appetite and immediately left. Just how does a place like this stay open?

Where are my onions and peppers?? He says “we don’t put very much” for the price I should have as much is shown on the picture. 1st time here won’t be returning. Staff was rude and looked homeless. This is a disappointment.

I like the sizes of sandwiches they offer. The bread actually fills you up, it's soft but dense in the middle with a nice crust on the outside. They put plenty of meats on it. The meatballs and brisket are delicious. I love that they have the freestyle machine with Barq's cream soda. The potato soup is some of the best from a fast food/restaurant type place, except there's a bit too much black pepper for me but I still get it every time, sometimes I go just for that soup. They've messed up once and we're very apologetic and remade it with no problem.

I love the food here and the fact that it helps first responders. However I would recommend finding a different one. Their was one decent worker, but one wouldn't quit playing on her phone, and the guy didn't care for what he was doing and just plain rude.

When my son said I want something different, that we have never had b4, I said let's try Firehouse Subs, so he went in & purchased us 2 Sub Deals(Sub,Chips,Drink), Mine was a Chicken, Bacon, Ranch Sub, & my son got the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Sub....We were really impressed with the quality, taste, price, & professional service....See ya again soon....

Love there sandwiches. My favorite is the Italian. I have had really good service here.
