It took me 15 minutes to get their engineer sub that wasn’t worth the wait or the 10 dollars. Even the bread was soggy when I went in to take my first bite. The only flavor I could pick out was mayo. No THANK YOU! I cannot believe I am saying this but I would rank Firehouse Subs below Subway. Go to Jersey Mike’s a block away and get something edible.
30 minutes to get a small club on a sub is a bit ridiculous. Would of been nice to have been told before ordering the wait was going to be extreme. The sandwich was incorrect even... but no way was I going to wait even longer!

Ordered a turkey bacon ranch no onions no tomatoes and there was spicy grilled onions all over it. The night crew on Wednesday looks like they are all on drugs and screwing around. This place sucks.

I keep giving chances and I don't know why. Every single time I have gone, I have arrived for my online order 10 minutes passed the time it is supposed to be ready, only to them have to wait between 20-45 (i waited an hour one time in store after arriving 10 minutes passed my pickup time) additional minutes in store for my order. On top of this, I always get home to find something incorrect with my sandwich. I ask for extra deli mustard, i get no mustard at all. I ask for cold meat and cheese, I get a hot sandwich with toasted bread. It doesn't make any sense and I made sure to check all my receipts before commenting these things. I ask for a pickle spear and an extra spear, I get no pickle spears at all. I really don't understand and I want to keep giving changes but idk if it's worth it anymore to pay for what I'm craving, to not even get what I was craving.. upsetting lol.

This post has alterior motives.
Ordered my birthday sandwich today turkey bacon and ranch WITH JALAPEÑOS and when I got it, no jalapeños. Very sad. So....
I would love
1: A free sandwich
Or
2: An opportunity to sit on the board of strategic ideas and planning to help with sandwich ideas. I have many.
Thx

Not worth the wait. It is always understaffed and the food comes very cold. Delivery drivers always apologize for the wait saying they are understaffed. I used to love their sandwiches, but sadly this location is marked as "Do Not Get" for my list.

I like that this firehouse subs has more space then the little shop in Edmond, OK. Sandwiches are great, and they take a reasonable amount of time to make fresh, so you will be waiting a little while. Order ahead with the app or enjoy a drink from the multi-flavor Coke product soda machine.

First time trying Firehouse. Ordered a couple of sandwiches to go. Went out to the car and realized mine had onion on it when I specified 'no onion' and no bacon when it was a club. Sandwich was just okay, not outstanding. Staff has one job to make sandwiches and they couldn't do that correctly? I will say the bread is really good. Will not return. Jimmy John's and Jersey Mike's are better.

Fine stop for our usual subs while in town.

That “cup” of soup was like a Tinder match who ghosts after the first two messages—just enough to get you interested, then gone. Zero stars for giving me nothing of substance.
(The “cup” of soul is MAYBE 2oz)

Good sandwich place during the day, at night… make sure to just order online.
Went in tonight and I asked for a medium grilled cheese. I was told that they can only do a kids grilled cheese because that’s the only one they have in the system.
Twice, both with the afternoon manager there, I have ordered a regular sized grilled cheese. It was charged as just bread by itself, then more individual charges for the cheese.
They can also ring this up as a regular sandwich, and then take everything off except the cheese. I literally could have ordered this online.
Can’t order a grilled cheese at a sandwich place. Just bread and cheese. What a joke.
As someone who has worked in food service before… wow.

I came into your location today as I was craving a large meatball sub. When I worked for Firehouse Subs in Rogers, AR, I used to make my sandwich look the way you see it as pictured in the photo. But since moving to OKC, I’ve not been fortunate to find a store that could do it my way — Boat’s way!
This sandwich was made by the manager, Kora, on duty, who allowed me to guide them through my process and this is the end result — PERFECTION! I couldn’t have done it any better if I were able to come back behind the line and do it myself. I really .. REALLY … appreciate everything here today! ?
My only gripe would be that there’s not a free Veterans drink as many stores I know have done. But that’s ok, I guess each store is different. But overall, OUTSTANDING!

Edit: We went back again and waited 19 minutes for our 2 medium sized sandwichs. No one in there when we got there. 5 staff were working. Within 10 minutes more people arrived. Line up at the counter. Looked to be friends of workers. We waited and waited for our food....after 19mins we received ours and was told there were no pickles they ran out. The line up of people ordered sat and waited. There's came within 5 minutes of being ordered!!! . Apparently, their standard is 6 minutes' wait time as per GM Lexi. She didn't seem to care much when I called to speak with her.
Previous experience ?
I ordered the steak and cheese, which was delicious. The fountain drink machine, however, was stale...tried 3 different ones, and all were tasting like mud....fizzy, but gritty tasting. Either the machine or, rather, the Coke and Coke Zero needed to be replaced/changed or needs to be cleaned. Idk. Staff were friendly and fast!

Waited 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches before cancelling the order. Won't be back.
