Walked in and waited 5 minutes until someone came to front to help me, guy who helped me looked high & messed up my easy cheese and bacon dog by not adding cheese, had to repeat my order 10 different times for him to understand, wouldn’t recommend ordering at 8:40 if this is the type of staff that are working.

First time in here. We were on this side of town and wth why not. They were dead at the time we entered. But it was OUs first game of the season so it looked like everyone was at Bubbas. They made us felt very welcomed. Great staff very personable. The burger was really good along with French fries which felt like they were hand cut. Definitely would eat here again.

Burger was good, Cajun fries were good and hot and got a lot, but still don’t add up to the price😬

So over priced. $10 for a patty melt $9 for a hotdog.... No fries. Left still hungry

Horrible.
It's saggy, no taste, I've got plane burgers with nothing!
Not even tomatoes or onions?!
I don't want to list all the ingredients for my hamburger.
One of the worse I've tried.
And hot dogs...Split in two sausage?! Really?
First and last time.

I think you know exactly what you are going to get at 5 guys ….. excellent single or double patty , cooked exactly as requested , huge list of toppings ( all included ) and French fries to die for ( and plenty of them )
We have visited many locations around the country and never been disappointed with the quality of the food …… equally never seen a seating plan where we were tempted to eat onsite ( in UK have done so twice but none in US)
Prices getting up there but definitely worth the expense

We had made our order through doordash and time got away from us. When we showed up they were so nice and made us fresh burgers.

The experience is not great for delivery. I got a massage saying that my food was gonna be late about an hour. Than 10 minutes ago it said that my order was canceled but the money is out of my account. So I called both places the one on 3rd and the one in Moore and it's like my order didn't even appear in no one's system. They need to do better!!!!

The best burgers, the best people.

I tried Five Guys for the first time. I respect their business model with 250,000 flavor combinations.

The location is nice and convenient to grab food before work.

Burger was bland and bread was the cheapest. Fries cooked in peanut oil are the least healthy choice. These two items cost 19 bucks which is way too expensive for 1 meal.

Good luck to your business but I honestly do not recommend if your value your health and finances.

The consistency from city to city and state to state is why this is one of my favorite guilty pleasures.
