I honestly do not write a lot of reviews but I have to on this. The manager Jon is phenomenal he checked on my wife and I multiple times throughout our meal and made sure we were good. He went above and beyond to make our experience there great! I honestly only want to go to five guys now if he is there because the service was exceptional and words cannot explain the amazing food!! I put this location with low marks because when we walked in the place, it was unusually quiet. However, there were plenty of people behind the counter so you’d think service would be smooth. It took some time for someone to come out from the back room to take our order. When we did get our order, I didn’t get the bacon burger I ordered. The fries were a bit burned and cold. I like the Five Guys product but a disappointment in this location.
