Tonight was the first time my husband and I had five guys and it was delicious. The staff was awesome and very helpful..people saying it's to expensive don't understand that this isn't McDonald's, this is way better food!

2 small burgers, 2 small fries, 1 shake, 1 large drink, $35. Not worth half that. Burgers were dry, buns stale. The fries were so over salted all you could taste was the salt. Just terrible. Best part of it was the shake. The very, very small shake.
5 Guys has gone way downhill.
Never again. There are much better burgers & fries in town, at much more reasonable prices. I felt totally ripped off.

The cashier(David M)was rude and not friendly at all. That’s where we should have left but we were starving. In the dinning area there was not a clean table and over all looked like cleanliness had been neglected. The music was so loud that we couldn’t hear our own conversation or order number being called. Go to the Patty Wagon much better burger,clean and nice employees.

The system was down and my order got lost in the aether along with my coin. Called the support number they provided and they told me to pound sand. Never credited and never got to try this location.

Please make sure your order has everything in it for delivery/pickup, even see if they can unseal it. Drink was missing from order and front lady told my Dasher it was included in the sealed bag - it was not.
Food is always good to break a craving. Fries had a bit too much cajun seasoning but nothing too crazy.
Overall, just please make sure they get everything right.
Food delivery After ordering, we did n't spend much time driving to the restaurant, but the restaurant had a lot of orders, so waiting for the food took more than 10 minutes. The customers should understand, including the delivery staff. I think so.

We very skeptical because I dont trust anyone to cook for me because im celiac was a little pricey but its worth it i didnt have to cook my own food. And they took the time and care to not cross contaminate the food that was lettuce wrapped. I just had to let it be known about my condition and they treated me equally and promptly.

I’m a very frequent customer to Five Guys (it’s my go to “clean cheat meal”) and usually order from the one off I-40 where they offer Military discount in the form of a free drink and received this same service from a manager at this location a few weeks ago. Today I was told in a very rude manner from a new manager (black hair, pale complexion) that they do nothing of the sort here even after I explained that another manager had done so a few weeks prior. Great way to honor your military that brings business to you! Spend your money elsewhere.
