My husband and I had a romantic and enjoyable evening at Flint. We had the oysters, martinis, bacon-wrapped meatloaf, short ribs, and cheesecake. All excellent! Nadia (A+), our server, so pleasant and made sure we had everything we needed. The night couldn’t have been better!

Everything was excellent. The steaks were a little overcooked, ordered medium rare and got medium.
We had a great evening with great service, drinks and we had the meatloaf and salads that were delicious.
The good and the bad of it, is ...Flint has a fantastic ambience. If you want to have cocktails and hang out with friends, in particular before an event at the Paycom center, this is the perfect venue. The only negative for us was that we found the food only so so. The oysters were the smallest we've ever seen, and we were initially told they didn't have any, My Tri pasta dish was fine (although not memorable), except it was swimming in sauce. After picking through the top "less drowned" portion, I had to leave the rest. The skillet cornbread was spot on. Great wine list, Great service; they just need the menu to back it up.
Our server was great. Let me make that clear. The food (meatloaf, whipped potatoes, bacon) that we ordered, though, was trash. The meatloaf wasn't held together; the bacon wrapped around it was undercooked, and the meatloaf was watery.

The restaurant is clean, the tables and chairs are newer. Lighting is great as there is plenty of sunlight that illuminates the spaces. The food is outstanding and well priced for the quality of food that you get. Overall it is a good place for business meals or casual time.
We sat at a cozy table near the fireplace in the bar area and it was lovely, with the exception of the super bright LED lights overhead. There were very few people in the restaurant, but plenty of servers and bartenders. We were not pressed for time for an early dinner. Our drinks and appetizers came out very quickly, and our food was tasty. The crab cakes and bacon-wrapped meatloaf with mashed potatoes were very flavorful. We would skip the shrimp cocktail, as the shrimp were very small, but the sauce was stellar! While the staff encounters were all very pleasant, they lacked the “head on a swivel” training that most restaurants in this price point embody.
💩 place to eat. My meatloaf came out not once, but twice cold. The crab cakes were 50 mins before our appetizer was served. Just a terrible first time experience. The manager did not apologize. Made us late to the concert since we were there for 2 hours.
Took over 1 1/2 hour to get our food. Then steak had to be sent back, came out wrong again. Faith our server was awesome! Watched 2 tables get up and walk out.

We were there before a show and the service was so slow we were late for the show and the couple we were with left without eating bc they didn't want to be late. This is not typical for Flint, although we will say it has been different service over the past 6-12 mos than when we first came a few years ago. We love the food and ambiance, but the service needs improvement.
Chose outdoor seating it was a nice evening but road noise was not pleasant. I thought we would be on the patio. Service was slow, staff said they were busy. Made a reservation hoping to get a pleasant experience it was ok nothing great. Food was pricy and just so so. Would definitely go again but probably sit inside, ambience seems good inside. Hope they can get things figured out it's a really cool vibe and such a great location especially if you are going to an event in downtown OKC.
I arrived about 10 min later than my reservation, they checked us in and we still had to wait about another 10 min for them to get our table ready. We were a party of 2. We got seated on the bar area where no one greeted us for another 20 min until my husband had to go find someone. Come to find out the bartender was also our waiter and the waiter to the bar and about 20 other tables. We finally received our food after about 50 min after we ordered and inhaled it because we had a place we needed to be. We were there a hour and a half. It wasn't the staffs fault but there was a show that night at the arena close by and they were not prepared for the amount of people that came to eat.
In OKC for a concert, and the Flint Kitchen was very in tune with getting folks in and out for the concert, while putting the quality of food, and service in the forefront! Nice job!
