The place is very nice/clean, and the waitress was super sweet and very attentive. However the food was okay. I got the ribeye, which at around 50 dollars should really deliver. It was cooked well, and I get my steaks medium rare, but it was certainly much tougher than most ribeyes I've had. Also, the sides of mashed potatoes and creamed corn, while they had great flavor, were luke warm when they hit the table.

Good place to eat. Employees were all hanging out at the bar the entire time I was eating my early dinner. Employees shouldn’t be taking their breaks at the bar among customers and the rest of the staff shouldn’t be gossiping, either. That’s “restaurant 101”.

If I could give this Restaurant less than one star I would. The hostess was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and Couldn’t have cared less if I was there or not. The place was fairly empty, but she didn’t want to be bothered and had no problem letting me know. I would not go back.

Meh. The hostess seating us couldn’t bother to even properly greet us or look us in the face. The food was not fantastic and subpar. I was really looking forward to trying this place. So disappointed.

40 minutes for oysters. Bartenders lack expertise and professionalism. The bar itself is beautiful and some dishes did look good as they came out but overall underwhelming experience. I'd recommend walking to The National hotel right across the street for a better hotel and food experience.

Went at 3 pm, two tables in the restaurant, waited over 10 mins at the door while
I saw about 3-5 in the back walking around. Finally seated, waitress knew nothing about menu or drinks. Another 5-7 mins pass for my beer, FYI was sitting 2 steps from bar could see it ready. Drank my entire beer and my toddler took a dump in her diaper while the waitress still didn’t come back. finally saw the bartender and I said 20+ mins still hadn’t ordered, I am out of here. Still charged me $5 for the milk my kid didn’t have time to drink. will never go back!!!

The food here is amazing! We went for breakfast and got the biscuits and gravy with a side of breakfast potatoes. The biscuits were huge and the gravy was delicious. This plate also came with a side of eggs cooked to your choice. I would definitely come here again if I was in the area!

Great location downtown, super convenient walk to see an event at Paycom Arena and the restaurant is nicely appointed. Unfortunately, it literally took an hour for us to get a salad and another 30 minutes for our main course. Our waiter was apologetic about the situation, which we appreciated. Nonetheless, was a disappointing experience overall, we had high hopes for finding a new pre-game spot but, with so many good options downtown, won't be back anytime soon.

Great atmosphere. Great location. Food is average. They still have a serious issue with their untrained staff. This has been ongoing for years. I was hoping since they recently have gone through updates this would have changed but alas it has not. Such potential.

Food order took over an hour. Once we did get brunch the order was incorrect. Server acted like she didn't want to be there. The first time we went to Flint for brunch it was great, after this visit we won't return

It was our 39th wedding anniversary, and it felt like we were an inconvenience to the waitress. This was our first visit, asked for suggestions, and recommendations but she really was not up for it. Valet staff were awesome. Friendly, quick and energetic.

Food is over spiced! It such a great venue, it's sad food doesn't live up to it! Not sure what changed but was usually good and elegant. Now the menu isn't upscale and when they over spice it that means food isn't good. Won't go back again.
