This location can be loud and busy, but it's a very bright, fun, energetic atmosphere. The food is usually very good (perhaps slightly expensive for what you get), but it is sometimes a tad inconsistent as far as quality and temperature. Overall, this is a great place for lunch or a quick dinner!

Everything is delicious and they do have options available for gluten-free or dairy free. Unfortunately, some of their best dishes are not available gluten-free and they do not have Paleo options. They definitely have the potential to provide Paleo options, but it is not something they pursue, and their food is not labeled in such a way as to be able to easily identify things that you might need to avoid. You can ask the cashiers for detailed list of food ingredients.
Their cashew chocolate chip cookies are the best gluten-free cookies I have ever had . They’re delicious even if you’re not required to eat gluten-free.

I have enjoyed everything I have gotten here, but there are some dishes. I would love to try, but they do not have a gluten-free option available. The enchiladas are great.

The peruvian braised beef bowl was a 10/10. Atmosphere was great. A great place for lunch. Absolutely love their variety of options for meals, desserts, and beverages.

Flower Child in OKC is such a refreshing spot! Everything about our visit was wonderful. The atmosphere is bright, cheerful, and welcoming, with a vibe that makes you feel instantly relaxed. Service was fast and friendly, which added to the overall experience.

The food was truly the highlight — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. They serve a wide variety of healthy options that don’t sacrifice taste. From the grain bowls and salads to the wraps and sides, everything was vibrant and satisfying. You can tell the ingredients are high-quality and thoughtfully put together. It’s the kind of place where you leave feeling full but not weighed down.

Definitely a must-visit if you’re in OKC and want something wholesome, delicious, and a little different from the usual. 🌸

Everyone is helpful and attentive. The staff is willing to help with dietary restrictions. And the food is delicious. I enjoy everything about this place. But the mashed potatoes are the highlight.

Flower Child in Oklahoma City is consistently amazing! Every time I visit, the food is fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared — it’s clear they put care into every dish. The menu has so many delicious options, and everything I’ve tried has been top-notch.

The staff are friendly, attentive, and create such a welcoming atmosphere. Whether you’re grabbing a healthy lunch, dinner with friends, or just want a great meal, Flower Child never disappoints. It’s hands-down one of my favorite spots in the city!
